AIM Garage Doors

Everything went very smoothly, our doors were making a bit more noise than they should and after they were lubricated they were substantially quieter. They arrived on time, were honest on pricing, gave us advice on openers and mentioned about the life expectancy of our torsion springs. All good info. In and out, no problems. Would definitely call them back as needed.

Overall, it was a successful installation. I had originally purchased just the keypad installation on to our old opener, but after inspecting that opener (the original one from about 1984), it was determined it probably would not work with the new keypads. So we negotiated what I thought was a reasonable price for the new opener with keypad, three openers and a software utility. We are happy with the new Garage door opener and the keypad makes access for our kids much easier and convenient.

It was done in a timely manner. The door works much better then before.

AIM came to are home and did a complete inspection of our garage door. The keyless entry had not been working but they reprogramed it and it worked and to ask for a refund on some of the cost. Well later on when I tried the opener it did not work again .So I called then back and a week later the replaced the keyless entry and now working fine. AIM was very responsive and very customer friendly. They will be who I call for any future garage door needs.

They removed the old opener very easily. The new opener was assembled and installed very professionally. I was sitting and chatting with them as the installation was being done. They even fixed couple of imperfections in the garage door installation which previous installers had not paid attention to. They did not charge for the this as it was included in the opener installation cost. The wiring of sensors was done very neatly and there are no loose hanging wires. They had the right tools for the job. Overall, a very positive experience. If I ever need any garage door/opener related work, I would definitely call them again, Highly recommended.

AIM arrived promptly, were polite, professional and competent, and then explained options for replacement of aging wooden doors with modern metal doors that are insulated. In the meantime my old door works smooth and easy, better than when we bought the house years ago. They were friendly and taught me things about the care and operation of garage doors. Based on my experience, I can recommend them without reservation.

It turned out very well. This was the first time I'd used this company. I liked their promptness and the thoroughness of what they did. I haven't had any issues with the keyless entry since it was installed. Everything was fine.

The husband and wife team were very courteous and knowledgeable. They installed the keypad and explained that one of the garage door springs was in bad shape. I told thm to go ahead and replace the springs and also the weather stripping accrss the bottom of the door. The key pad installation was an $89.00 special and the springs and weather proofing was the extra work that I requested. They were late for their appointment but did call twice to let me know that they were coming.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were fine and we don't have any complaints. We could have done what they did had we known that was all they were going to do. The price was fair because they came out to the house. We don't know if we would use them again; they would probably not be our go-to people.

Our old garage doors were crooked and noisy. The Aim team arrived on time and fixed them in one hour: replacing the rollers will ball-bearing models, lubricating the hinges, adjusting the doors so they hang true -- and they even programmed our Toyota's Homelink transmitter for us. Superb service, much appreciated!

They arrived within the service window that they gave me. They spent time answereing the questions I had about the garage door. I was having a problem with one of my remote controls and they suggested that re programming it might solve the problem, They than did it for me. They completed the work in a timely fashion, explained what they had done, and were on their way. Very efficient. !!!

He arrived at the agreed time. My husband was with the repairman during the visit but I use the garage and it sounds a lot better now. We had a keypad when we first moved in but it stopped working. My husband tried to replace it but we couldn't find the right one and gave up. When I saw the service advertised on Angie's List I jumped on it. I thought it was a very reasonable price to pay for something I missed very much. Now I don't have to walk to the fence gate and through the other door to get something from the garage if the door is closed. It's very handy if you do yard work. Lisa was great with contacting me to find out what would work as far as what we needed done, and when. She was very pleasant and friendly. My husband was pleased with the work and I would recommend Aim Garage Doors to anyone who asks.

Providers were awesome. Very friendly and professional. Providers went beyond the basic call and corrected a dent in the door. Wonderful to deal with and would highly recommend.

They came over to do the work of the initial service contract, but upon seeing the condition of the garage door and after talking about the costs of replacing a single panel (it is an older door for a two-car garage that was installed when the house was built), it was decided upon to purchase a new door. They took the time to show me the products they offered, what would be best for the structure in terms of cost effectiveness, and some of their past work. What I really liked was that at no time did they pressure me to make a purchase. They gave me an estimate and were willing to let me "shop around" if I wanted to before making a decision. Being a small company like they are, this is risky business but is is also how you build a loyal customer base. I ordered my replacement door that day and as soon as it was available a few weeks later, they scheduled a convenient time as close to my schedule as possible to come out for installation. I would use Aim Garage Doors again for any of my future needs and will recommend them to all my friends and coworkers.

They were on time the day they scheduled. The installation was very professional and finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned up as if they were not even there. The price of the product was better than others and the product was better than what I expected.

I had purchased the garage tune-up on Angie's Big Deal. Lisa called to set up an appointment. She was friendly and efficient. Our garage door was acting up, Ron fixed it quickly and did the tune up. It has been working well since Ron adjusted it.
