It was great! One technician came out. He worked hard. We got the garage door tune up and the quiet roller replacement. After that deal we had him come back to work on another garage for us. He did the work well. He made a difference in how our garage doors performed. He was a nice guy and was friendly. We did not mind having him on our property.

AIM was easy to deal with, they were prompt and professional.

I would strongly reccommend using this company again!! Ron and Lisa were so nice to work with. They never pushed anything on me and gave me the information to talk it over with my spouse. They were very personable, answered all my questions, and responded quickly to my emails. My doors work so much smoothly now. I can see as I pull into my garage now as the lights actually work on the units!! The better seal at the bottom of the doors keeps all the drafts and rain out. I am so happy with their work!

Husband and wife team was awesome. They were fast, professional, very friendly and courteous. Most important, since the tune up and roller replacement, my door is whisper soft! It was worth every dime - my neighbors would probably say even more!

The first round of work Ron did on the garage doors was for a maintenance check. He was very prompt, courteous, and very detailed on checking things over, and explaining all the checks he performed. I knew our garage doors and openers were in bad shape, because they were approximately twenty years old and we were having so many problems with them. When our house was originally built, the previous owners had the thin metal garage doors without any insulation installed. During the summer months the garage was very hot and during the winter months the garage was very cold. I told Ron that I was thinking about replacing them. He left me some brochures and estimated figures for new garage doors and openers and explained how much of a difference in temperature it would be inside the garage during the winter and summer months with the insulated garage doors. After thinking about it for a while, we made the decision to get them replaced. Also, my garage door opener broke and I had no way of opening the garage door except from inside the garage. I called Lisa to set up an appointment for her and Ron to come out to our house to give us an estimate for two new garage doors with openers. This would be the first time my husband met both of them. They were very down to earth, kind, courteous, and professional. We liked the estimate and made the decision have Ron and Lisa replace our old garage doors and openers. They even gave me a temporary garage door opener to use until the day of the installation of the new garage doors. The day they came out to install the garage doors and openers, they were on time, did everything they said they were going to do, and disposed of and cleaned up after everything was completed. They went over all the instructions and made sure that everything worked properly before leaving. Lisa and Ron did a wonderful job and we are very, very happy with our new garage doors and openers. The insulated Garage doors really do make a difference in temperature inside the garage. We highly recommend Aims Garage Doors if you are in need of any repairs or you are in the market for new garage doors and/or openers.

Replacing a garage door spring is not a DIY project. This is definitely something that a professional needs to do because it is a hazardous task. I had no idea of where to go for service. This isn't the type of thing you can spend a lot of time shopping around because you need that garage door to open and close. I selected AIM as it was the top rated contractor in this category. They lived up to their reputation. I was fortunate that they were able to come out that day. This made my day since it was a Friday and I wasn't looking forward to no garage door over the weekend. The work was completed as promised. He balanced and lubricated the garage door as well and it operates so smoothly now. I am very satisfied.

i called them on a sunday: my old garage door broke down and my cars were locked inside. they came first thing monday morning to help gets the cars out so we could go to work, and planned for a door + opener replacement in 3 days. the installation was flawless. they are extremely professional, hard-working and pleasant to work with. they own the company and therefore are extremely detail and customer oriented. would recommend without reservations.

Went great! Doors were in need of new springs, new rollers and even a metal brace. All repairs were made with professionalism and the folks couldn't have been nicer.

I contacted Aim and spoke with Lisa. I gave Lisa a list of the items i needed and she called me back two days later to advise that the parts had been ordered and that they would have the job done shortly. The work was completed in a timely manner and they were very professional. I am especially happy with the weather stripping that was installed along the top of the garage. Can't wait to see the difference in my heating bill as the old weather stripping was allowing the cold air into the garage/house. I would highly recommend Aim Garage Doors to anyone needing a new garage or maintenance done on an existing garage.

I was so impressed. These people are awesome and I would recommend them to everyone! Our garage door was so bad that we planned on replacing it next year but needed it to last us until then. It didn't want to open, it would get stuck and make this awful noise, actually scary at some points. I signed up thru Angie's List tor the $88 special adjustment. They contacted me immediately. We scheduled an appointment. They called when they were on the way and arrived when they said they would. Wow and what they did to our garage door was amazing. We have lived in the house for 6 years, knowing the door had issues all along. He spent all the time needed to adjust, oil, bend and replace what was needed. by the time they left, the door was so quiet and closed so smoothly. Every time I hit the button I stand in amazement of how nice it works. No high pressure sales, no soliciting, just very nice people doing honest work. Obviously I will be calling them again when it is time to purchase and have a new door installed. They do that as well. So so happy! Thank you!!!

Garage door was excessively noisy. These very knowledgeable pros improved the operation of the door and minimized the noise. And they took the time to describe, in detail, the whats and whys of their work. I learned something, and I recommend them highly.

This was an Angie's List big deal and seems like it was a fair value. The garage door is quieter and I learned a few things about taking care of it. He was professional and prepared. The whole thing took about a half an hour and a good deal for everyone involved. He has a new client and I have a quiet door.

went well. But soon after I purchased the deal for $99 I saw the same deal from the same provider was advertised for $79 on Angies list. I got some extra service done for which I paid $65. Considering the deal advertised later the deal that I purchased was expensive but the service was good. I wish I had purchased the same deal for 79 as advertised later instead of 99. But I agree that this could happen with most of our day to day purchases. I was happy with the service and as a matter of fact did recommend the provider to my friends. I wish I had not seen the 79 deal! I will definitely call this provider if I have any garage door needs. Very nice and reliable. I would also like to Angie's list for finding a nice provider . I was waiting for about a year and I wish I had checked the Angie's list earlier. We have several projects pending and I am looking at gutters project currently and hope to find not only a deal but a reliable service like Aims on Angies list. I am glad I am a member.

AIM is a husband/wife team that did a great job. They were punctual, worked fast and gladly answered all my questions. We LOVE the keypad! They will be our first call for any garage door repairs/replacements.

They were very personable. They had some time management issues caused by traffic and we had to reschedule, but that was fine. The reschedule was very easy. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went well. With the exception of being delayed due to a problem outside of his control, all the work was done in a timely manner.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the condition and age of my garage door. The technician that came out was very professional, polite and honest. I was very impressed by the service I received even though I was unable to take advantage of the deal. I would highly recommend to anyone. I will also be using him in the future if I need to. I also loved the fact that he was a small business owner.
