This representative was terrific but unfortunately we have to put in new heater before we can install central air so at this time we have to save money before we can do job..we are hoping come spring.. at that time we will be looking to get a few other estimates as this has turned into a large job..Thank you for the service you provide we feel confident who ever we hire through your sevice will be professional and not unqualified..

Starting from the day that I got my estimate, I could tell that Jim knew his stuff & was a sincere person The estimate was very much what I had expected, not extremely high like others Jim & team worked hard to complete the job in 3 days. What's good is that team member, Dan, very experienced, did a lot of the work & could answer any question! Finally, if anyone that I know needs any heating or A.C. work done, I would highly recommend J.P.WORKS

The owner of the business is there on the job with the workers. They work as a team and have worked together for 17 years.

JP is the absolute best in the Lehigh Valley. So many other contractors charge way to much. Some say they give free estimates but don't & charge you. THIS GUY IS HONEST and does excellent work. He doesn't send a subcontractor. I highly recommend JP if you want value and workmanship. You can trust JP Works & not go broke.

They cleaned up after themselves and told us how best care for the system. Their prices are very good for quality equipment. I had an estimate from another company that was double of what jp works gave me. That sealed the deal. this was a messy job and they cleaned up everything.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jim went out of his way to get our oil furnace replaced because it was freezing in our house. Plus the price cant be beat.

After a slight bump on the day they were supposed to start the project, i.e. an employee calling off and receiving a call from the owner saying they could NOT start, AND that the normal start time for them to be on the job is 9:00 AM, not the 8:00 AM I was told, I had to call Jim back and ask if they could, at least, tackle the minor part of the project of replacing a kitchen & bathroom faucet and repairing/replacing the outside spiggot. He said they could, that they would arrive between 11 & noon. They arrived at 11:30 AM, and that part of the project was completed by 5:00 PM, so the day that I had made arrangements to be at the jobsite was not totally wasted. Because I am 70 years old with a wife in a nusing home with advanced stage dementia, I usually spend my days at the home, but due to the project, located at by daughters home, I had originally been given a completion time or 2 to 3 days, and could not just let 1 of those days go by without ANY work done, which would have pushed MY arranged time to more days NOT visiting my wife at the home. The followoing day, day 2, they attacked removal and replacement of the furnace and central A/C units of my daughters modular home, the furnace being not an easy task due to it's small and tight location. They arrived at the home at 8:30 - 9:00 AM and were done with both units installed and working before 5:00 PM, and on the 3rd day they tackled the removal & replacement of the hot water heater, again in a somewhat confined space and difficult, arriving before 9:00 AM, and the work completed by 5:00 PM, leaving again with the unit installed and funtional. The work was performed methodically, not hurriedly, and efficiently... with the only downside is an additional, somewhat higher cost than I anticipated, to remove & replace the 2 faucets AND repair/replace the outdoor spiggot, and lleaned up and hauled away the old units they replaced. Alll in all, I had estimated a budget of $7,000 to $10,000 to just do the new A/C unit AND furnace, but Jim (JPWorks, LLC did the additional work, the water heater AND the faucets & spiggot, for a SUBSTANTIAL amount less than what I had budgeted for JUST the furnace & A/C!! In conclusion, I wish to tank Jim (the owner), Dave (the project manager), Dan AND Vic (the work performers) for their cleanliness, efficiency, demeaner with dealing with me, and their expedience of having the work completed within the time alloted. As I hindnote, from the day I came to Home Advisor to the completion of the project was LESS than 1 month, and once I spoke to Dave and made arrangements, gave them 1/2 down on Thursday 2/27.... they started the work on the date( I had requested of Monday, 3/9... and completed within the 3 days alloted. I am grateful that there is still a few companies that take a client/customers time and budget into consideration, as they used to do in "days gone by", and particularlly to JPWorks for their expertise and diligence. I WOULD, MOST CERTAINLY, reccommend them to anyone.. AND already have!

Fast, best price out of 5 estimates our work was $5000 less them most quotes. Jim and the crew were super clean and got the work done in one day when our furance died with no notice. They had great finacing option to help make it affordable. We checked his qualifications out for ourselves and found he had great reviews, profiles, and repuation. I am so thankful we found him.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Jim and his crew. He was professional, the quality of work was great and last but not least he took care of our issue within a couple of days. I am already hiring him for another project at another one of my properties.

They had the best price by far and were the most informed on equipment, rebates and the best product to purchase. They answered all of my questions.
