Description of Work: 2010 new roof, gutter and down spouts. 2012 in contact because of a major leak. Oct 2014 someone took a look and said they would be back in the spring of 2015 to repair, we are still waiting. The leak is getting worse. He does not return phone calls or emails.

Description of Work: My interaction with Mr. Niedosik has been wonderful. He's kind, quick to return calls, and seemingly a very thoughtful guy. Unfortunately it has taken much more time than he had proposed to actually nail down a time to begin the project I had hoped to work on. So, while I'm happy to rate, I really can't say one way or the other if he's a good contractor.

+ -1 moreThese guys are very good and very professional. They are in high demand, so it may be difficult to get in touch with them immediately at times. They will definitely get back to you though. For example, our damage occurred during the storm in late August, so their office was flooded with calls for repairs. The guy who came to do the estimate was very thorough and professional. The work was done well and promptly. I would definitely use these guys again.
Description of Work: Repair roof damage from storm and repair interior water damage.
