+ -1 moreI had to call him back bc the part he replaced was defective. He came back quickly and replaced it. I would not hesitate and will call them back to do any handyman projects we may have.
Description of Work: We needed various repairs done around the house. Mike was quick to respond and came over the same day. He did some tightening of bathroom fixtures and replaced a part in the shower head. He also put up a large bulletin board and gave me information on who to call for a loose hardwood banister.

+ 0 moreHammer to Nail Maintenance and More's plumber was Mike Elwert. There was a drain that was clogged in the guest bathroom in the tub. Not so much of a cleaning. What happened was, the mechanism that kicks the water from going down became dislodged that was actually causing the water to not drain properly. He fixed the clog, I guess that's the easy way of saying it. He was able to dislodge it and now the tub is draining correctly. The punctuality turned out fine. Yes I would use them again, I have some things for him to do in the future. His knowledge stood out the most- there is maintenance capabilities. He's a former electrician.
Description of Work: Hammer to Nail Maintenance and More did the plumbing work for me.

gutter repair, handyman service
+ 0 moreWhat stood out with Hammer to Nail Maintenance and More's Mike Elwart was that he did it all by himself. I thought maybe he would need a help but he came and he did it by himself. He went to home depot to get the pieces and parts he needed and he took care of it by himself. Everything's working fine. The water's draining correctly now. I would use them again the future; the electrical pieces and parts are next.
Description of Work: Hammer to Nail Maintenance and More's Mike Elwart did the gutter. He changed the pit of the gutter to make a drain the opposite way.
