Daley Contracting

We hired Daley's Construction Service to do our sunroom. They were able to start the project a week after agreement, which I was pleasantly surprised. All permits and paperwork was done in a timely manner without any issues. The team helped along the way to make the project go smoothly with cleaning up after themselves daily. Everything was positive, with no issues on our project: -Timeline was kept and the completion date was solid. -The worksite was cleaned and safe. I would highly recommend Daley's Construction Service for any sunroom or finish basement (small or large) as they did a great job on our sunroom. Their team is very well qualified for any project.

We spent a good amount of time searching for contractors for a sunroom around LeHigh Valley. A year ago we used Daley's Construction Service to complete our finished basement. So we decided to contact Daley's Construction Service. It felt so good working with Dan again, we were unaware that his company did sunrooms. Dan guided us through the process from beginning to end- Dan was a total professional just like I remembered a year ago. He is patient, creative and so knowledgeable- and truly wants his client to be totally satisfied. I don't think anybody could ever say that planning a sunroom it's not stressful. However, I never got stressed with Daley's Construction Service. We met a number of times, often tweaking and modifying the plan and design of our new sunroom until Dan was confident we had everything we wanted. The entire process from start to finish was made to be as painless as possible. I am a bit over the top when it comes to details and Licensed Contractor Dan and Daley's Construction Service team were extremely detail oriented, so they were a "great fit". So, I would like to say that Daley's Construction Service team completed such a professional job with my sunroom! The project took only 4 weeks to complete it all. Can't say enough about the design! Daley's Construction Service team didn't just do a great job making our sunroom, they made it amazing!!!! If you are looking for any finished basement or sunroom, look no further. Thank you Dan! You're definitely family now, come over anytime for dinner.

It has been a nightmare for us. Took our deposit and walked away without completing the project. They damaged a previously finished wall and did not completely fix it before walking away (see pictures). We later contacted our township and found out that they never even applied for the appropriate permits for the job. Had to file in court in an attempt to get my deposit back. I would not recommend or rehire them. They also threatened to sue for slander/libel in attempt to keep us from posting a bad review even though it is accurate. Recommend contacting your township and asking about the contractor before hiring them. As a consumer, I wish I knew this information before hand.

Got the entire remodel done in less time then I was quoted. Everything looks excellent.

Not well. Job was rushed at the end, detail work could have been much better. We were told, “it’s remodeling, not buying a new car” by the owner. Then after remodel our back of the house outlets no longer work. No response from company after emails and texts and calls. Guess we will have to pay out of pocket for an electrician to come and fix what was turned off or broken. Disappointing.

Daley construction built our new sunroom. Dan was very easy to work with. His crew is very knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend

We love the new sunroom and it's so nice to have such a wonderful view. Dan and Mike where great with everything. All of the construction was completed outside before they cut the door entrance into the house. Thumbs up!

I called and left a detailed voicemail message asking for a return call to discuss constructing a pergola. He never returned the call, even to say no thank you. Very unprofessional, so don't waste your time and bother with this guy. He apparently doesn't care how his business appears to potential customers.

Our old patio has been transformed into a bright 3-season sunroom at a reasonable rate. All workmen in all aspects (building, roofing, siding, electricity) were very polite and trustworthy.

Dan and his team built a wonderful screened porch addition off the back of our house. His guys did a great job and we love it.

We had our basement finished which included an office, and full bath, by Daley construction. Overall I was quite happy with the quality of work, and the employees were very respectful of our home, and went out of their way to make sure their work met our expectations. I would gladly work with them again!

Dan and his crew did a wonderful job. We purchased our home last year knowing that the deck was in need of help. The support system was not done correctly and was causing the deck to sag and deteriorate. Dan came in and installed all new concrete supports under the deck, with new 6x6 posts and headers to increase the support. This also leveled everything out, no more wavy deck! He and his guys were all very nice, polite, always happy to answer any question we had and kept the area in good shape. We had a picnic with about 50 people shortly after the work was done. Deck was solid as a rock, even with all the tables, chairs, grills, coolers and people on it for 8+ hours.

You can meet Dan at the intersection of quality and value. He has a keen eye and was able to offer us creative ideas that no other contractors had mentioned. Dan and his team also go above and beyond to ensure things are done efficiently and correctly.

From design to execution, quite well.

Dan has great ideas, an enthusiastic pride in his work, and fair prices. We met with three contractors for the big basement conversion, and Dan was hands down the guy I chose to put my confidence in. It paid off. As you can see, he continues to be our choice of home-improvement professionals. He wants happy clients, and he knows how to do it. Not only is the work of great quality, but if there's a detail you'd like adjusted, he'll make it right. For our next project (an authentic restoration) he really went the extra mile - searching until he found what we wanted (including hard-to-locate hardware and odd-sized 1942-style interior door). That's the kind of dedication that exemplifies Dan. He stands behind his work.

I had a great experience. His price was a little bit pricey, but he did a good job. It takes him a little bit to get back to you. If you leave a message, he takes a couple of days to get back to you, if you have any concerns or questions. I think he is pricey compared to other people, but I'm happy with his work. He's very good. Once he's scheduled, he's punctual.

Work was completed on time and looks great!

Very well. A lot of custom design/cutting done to integrate portico into existing home which we had built 23 years ago. It enhances the overall look of the house and makes it have a more "formal" look (which we wanted to achieve).

All the work that Daley Contracting did was precise and professionally done. When Dan Daley came to our home to discuss the work we wanted to have done he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His employee, Mike, was also friendly and knowledgeable of the work that was done. I had just re-landscaped the front yard directly in front of the house and when it came time to pressure wash the bricks Dan and Mike were very careful around the plants and bushes. They cleaned the bricks and not one plant was lost! The work that was done on our home was just as we had imagined it would be - perfect!

Although I had to wait slightly over 6 weeks, it was well worth the wait. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and neatness of the worker/s. Dan was on site every day working or to check on progress. My patio was attached to the back of the house and had a simple shed type roof with angled screened openings. Dan had all the openings squared off and made the patio look much more like a room. The screen doors were installed perfectly. I don't know how Dan did it, but the paint color around the window openings matched the original color perfectly. And, the siding put along the bottom of the patio matched the house siding exactly. All in all it was an absolutely perfect remodel of my patio. Thanks Dan for the great work.

No job completed as of this date as I have not yet made a final decision.

The contractor was efficient. Job was done in a timely manner and completed in one day.

They were good. They did what I asked and paid the price that they offered me. They did a very good job. I was very pleased.

Dan Daily came out to a home I own at the agreed date and time and gave me an approximate cost to re-do a bathroom. After giving him the specific scope of the work I asked him for an approximate cost, his response was he wanted to know my budget. Before leaving he gave me a higher estimated cost than others contractors.

I WAS VERY EXCITED TO WORK WITH DAN AND PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. FROM OUR VERY FIRST MEETING I FELT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. DAN LET ME DO ALL THE TALKING. HE LISTENED TO MY IDEAS AS WELL AD MY CONCERNS. FOR THE MOST PART WE WERE ON THE SAME PAGE THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. A FEW HIC-UPS IN COMMUNICATIONS ALONG THE WAY BUT ALL IN ALL A TERRIFIC OUTCOME. HIS MAIN MAN, MIKE, WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY COMPLETED THIS ENTIRE PROJECT FROM DEMO TO COMPLETION IN EXACTLY 4 WEEKS. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL ON DAN AGAIN.
