carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThe rugs were really dirty and stained, and although they were not perfect after the cleaning, they were MUCH better. In fact, after she came to clean Monday, I called her on Wednesday and said that I still was not totally pleased with one of the rooms. She came over on Friday and spend another 1.5 hours working again to get rid of all the stains (for no charge). She is willing to work nights (on Monday she worked until 10:30pm), and is available at short notice. She is very responsive to voicemails and texts left for her, and her prices are reasonable. I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before, but I thought Donna did a good job and would use her again.
Description of Work: Donna (the owner) came over to clean the carpets in a house we just bought and were fixing up to be a rental property. She cleaned 3 bedrooms, a landing, a living room/dining room combo, and 2 full sets of stairs.
