Fantastic customer service! They kept all their promises about showing up and taking the appropriate actions to resolve the problem. In our case it was a bird problem. If they got delayed, they would immediately let you know to reschedule. Their pricing is very fair. Very professional people. You'd be wise to hire them.

I called on a Saturday AM about a dead animal removal, the lady answered and told me they had an opening for the next day, Sunday. I told that I was interested but I needed to talk to my wife about the exact schedule and that I will be calling back in the next half hour or so, which I did. When I called, nobody answered. I left a voicemail. After a couple hours and still no call back, I called again. No answer. By the end of the day I called half a dozen times, left 3 voicemails, and I never heard back from them. Ever. Very unprofessional.

Terri & Greg were wonderful to work with! Very professional, very informative, and got the job done! Highly recommend!
Description of Work: We hired Seitz to remove squirrels in the roof at one of our properties with a tenant living in the house during the time. An inspection was first performed at the property. Then they came back to do the work and put a one way door at the entry point. After a week or so and the tenant not hearing anymore noises they came back and removed the one way door and sealed up the entry point.

I did not give Seitz a bad review because I am not trying to hurt their business. They apparently get busy and control their workload by being unresponsive. My initial call went well and the lady gave me the details on how they remove the animals. Then the call was dropped. I called them three times was disconnected twice. I called right back and got voice mail both times. I left Two messages for return calls but received none back. A better way to control workload if that's the problem would be to put me on a waiting list.

Greg came to give an estimate on sealing holes where squirrels were getting into the attic crawlspace. He was able to perform the work the same day - inspecting roof areas, sealing 4 entry points around dormer windows, and installing a one-way door on a 5th entry point. He returned about 10 days later to remove the one-way door and seal up the last spot. He also provided a guarantee on the work.

Greg was very professional and personable. He knew that I wanted to make sure the squirrel was released outside. His price was much more reasonable than any others I called. I little mishap but quickly rectified... it seems that wild creatures don't always react the way they should. Happy ending. I'm squirrel free and happy!

As said above Greg did exactly what he said he would do with complete success. As said we were completely satisfied. He was here when expected as set up by Terri, his wife. All calls were answered promptly or returned when promised. She described what is usually done and the cost. Which was what was paid..
Description of Work: Greg came out when expected to assess the squirrel who got into our attic and did not get out as I thought when I sealed up the point of entry. He checked the outside of our house to be sure there were no other entry points. He then checked the situation in the attic and set two capture traps. Within 3 hours the squirrel was in the trap. The next morning. He came out and picked up the trap and removed the squirrel for release else where. We were very pleased and completely satisfied.

I am going to monitor the tunnels and will definitely call them if/when things get out of hand. Very knowledgeable company.
Description of Work: I called about a tunneling critter in my backyard. A very nice woman answered all of my questions, and then some. I've never seen the animal that lives there; I only knew that whatever it is opened the giant tunnel entrance after I had it filled in with dirt.

It went very well. Greg was thorough in inspecting the inside and outside of the property before and after the work. Thunderstorms prevented the work from being done as scheduled, but Greg was very flexible and accommodating in accounting for this curveball. Greg also provided a warranty for the work he did against any unwanted creatures from getting into the spaces he had sealed up. Though I hope I don't need Seitz wildlife again anytime in the near future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and certainly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Greg sealed up, mainly with caulk, all of the exterior gaps between the stone and wood trim around our house to prevent birds and other unwanted creatures from getting into the exposed spaces. Our original reason for contacting Seitz wildlife was the result of a family of birds that had found its way into one of these spaces. Greg made sure that the birds were not in the space any longer, installing an "exit door" to allow them to get out but not get back in, and then came back a week later to seal up the remaining gap where the door was present.

To the woman I have spoken with, I hope you received my message. I have to say, I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received. I have been very patient with you, but have decided that I need to take my services elsewhere. I first spoke to you about two weeks ago- in which you told me you would return my call to schedule a time to come out and set traps for the raccoons I have living under my deck. No call. I waited two days to give you the benefit of the doubt, in which I decided to call you back. When I did it sounded like you were at a daycare and could care less that you never got back to me. Then you said you would call me back again. No call. This was Thursday, I received a call on Monday with a terrible excuse that your phone wasn't able to leave messages. So I scheduled for the following day at 4pm. This was 7pm at night. The next day at 4pm I received a call when I had my dogs on a walk- I didn't check the voicemail because I figured it was a courtesy call saying you were half hour away. Nope, you were confirming apparently, and never showed up. Fuming, I called back the following day (we had stayed home waiting for you to show up the entire 4 hour window). You explained you were confirming- even though I had spoken to you to confirm less than 24 hours prior? Absolutely ridiculous. When I called back you informed me that you wouldn't have an opening until the following Tuesday, so I scheduled you to come out between 9-12pm. You called at 9:30 explaining that it was pouring where you were located, so you couldn't come out because it was unfavorable conditions, even though I told you it was NOT raining here in West Chester, but that you'd call back in a few hours to schedule a time for later in the afternoon. Again, NO CALL. I'm absolutely appalled (I'll say it again) that someone would run their business this way. How you get clients is beyond me.

I called them at 5:00pm and they arrived at 6:45pm. My family room was built on support beams about 18" off the ground. I told Mr Seitz a horrible smell was coming from underneath it . He suited up, laids some mats down, took a box and crawled about 15' under the room. 5 mins later he came out with the deceased squirrel . He went back under and deodorized and cleaned the area up. It was really tight under there and he had no problems getting the job done. And he was still smiling afterwards . He was very friendly and seams to enjoy his work.

Had a live bat in my home. Was concerned about where bats were getting in because this was the third time in two years that we have had a bat in the house. Based on their Angie's List rating (A), I called Seitz Wildlife Services. Mrs. Seitz answered the phone and I told her about the problem and that it was an emergency because, unlike the other two bats, I was not able to get the bat out myself and we were very concerned about possible entry points. She told me that she would speak to her husband immediately and that someone would get back to me soon. Well, it's now June 1st, the bat is gone (guess he got tired of waiting) and we still haven't received the courtesy of a call back. Sometimes it's difficult to understand the good ratings a company receives, but we will most definitely not use this company again.

There were two guys who came out. It went very well. Mrs. Seitz returned my call promptly and courteously. They were very easy to deal with. I thought it was a good price. They were knowledgeable.
Description of Work: They came and inspected our roof for wildlife entrance. They put in an exit for the wildlife. Then they removed the exit and repaired the hole.

It did not go well, as I noted already.
Description of Work: I had a raccoon in my attic, looked for services that removed animals on Angie's List. I found Seitz, read their information on the website, knew they were local(I try to support local businesses) and called. Took a day for someone to return my call. Explained my need and an appointment was set up for someone to come to my house for inspection, which was for two days later. Day came and went and the scheduled appointment came and went. No one showed up at my house and NO one called to explain why or attempt to reschedule. I called and got an answering machine and left a detailed message. Seitz never returned my call or did any follow up contact. No, I will not use this provider and no I will not recommend them. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.

After promising to show up on two separate occasions, Seitz never showed up.? Terri has ignored my calls and voicemails for days.? Any counter response they may post even suggesting that they tried to contact me will not be true.? I have stayed by my phone and apartment ever since the missed appointments, and now I'm stranded with bats in my home.? Greg and Terri have lost my trust and are completely unprofessional.

We did unfortunately have to reschedule for the following day to inspect the home for bats which I apologized for. I told her that I would call to confirm when we were on our way which we did and there was no answer. I received one message from her stating that she had an appointment that could not be moved but she would be available afterwards. I tried to call her several more times through out the day and left messages on her voicemail. I received no callbacks or messages after that from [member name removed] or her landlord. The inspection fee that I quoted her was also not $200.00. Our inspections run between $125.00- $175.00 depending on location and difficulty of job. We have no reason to not call back all of our potential customers or show up for appointments. We strive to keep all of our customers happy and if you read the reviews from people that we actually worked for it will show that.

Called for bat removal service, but they said another job was running late and they needed to reschedule. Not only did they stand me up that day, but they stood me up on the rescheduled date as well without notice. I never heard from them again. I've tried calling and they have continued to ignore my numerous voicemails and pick up and hang up my calls to prevent me from leaving further voicemails. They are more disgusting than the bats themselves.

This job went really well. Great communication from Terri and great service from Greg. All appointments kept. Best of all, no bats!
Description of Work: Bat remediation. Inspected home for exterior openings in the attic that bats could access. Sealed all entry points except one, where an exit-only door was installed. Returned two weeks later to remove the exit door and seal that area.

Great! I got home that evening, the dead animal was gone with no evidence of it or Greg having been there, other than a receipt in my mailbox. Just what I wanted, a simple phone call, and quick professional results.
Description of Work: I awoke to find a dead animal in my backyard on the morning of July 29th. I put in a call to Seitz, and spoke with Terri who gave me the cost, explained what they would do, and then told me that Greg would be out, but then apologized it might not be for a couple of hours. I was ecstatic! A couple of hours, in my opinion, was a wonderful response time.
