I love dealing with this company because there are actual people that answer the phone and return emails. They are quick to credit the account when needed. They show up every week and always let us know about holidays and special pick ups. I like companies that make it easy, and this company does.

The service was terrible. When they went to dump the load they spilled dirty water all over my driveway and dented the driveway. They refused to fix the dent they made and I had to pay to get it corrected myself.

This is a professional, competent, and user friendly company. They answer the phone in person when you call. They provide ample notice if they must change a pick-up date due to weather or holiday, and then they call again to remind. They have not raised their prices since I took the service a few years ago. And, they will provide advise on how to recycle something they can not take. In this time of impersonal, auto mated service, this company is a pleasure to deal with.

They are great. They know their job and gives you the best services they can offer. They comes out depend on what package you buy, like once a week package and if you get twice a week the cost would differ. I would use them again.

I like having this smaller scale trash company for my weekly trash collection. So far so good. Only have had them for a month now but no complaints!

AJ Blosenski were very helpful when I called them. I haven't used them yet, but based on the phone call, I would recommend them to others. If I switched service providers in the future, I will be going with them.

They responded quickly to questions when I contacted them about switching my service to them about 4 weeks ago and delivered the new containers to use quickly. Their service was cheaper than my previous provider and so far customer service has been great. I just recently asked a question on how I should put out shredded paper for recycling and got an email response back in about 13 minutes. I'm happy with them.

We have used this company multiple times for clean outs and remodeling projects. I will not use anyone else. They are prompt, professional and very fairly priced.

They are our trash/recycling collectors and do a fine job.

Everything went ok, the only issue was the cost of the service. We found a provider that charged us $15 a quarter less and also took recycling every week as well as unlimited trash. AJ only took recycling every other week.

The experience is very good. The service is excellent. A few months ago there was a new thrash holder that came into our area. They were going for $20 and it lasts a quarter. So I called to switch and I didn’t know that this was an option. I talked to their customer service representative and $20 a quarter wasn’t a lot but they were able to match the new guy that came into the area. They are very reliable and I never had a problem with them. I have been in the area for 5 years now. The price would be average. When the new trash company came into town they wanted to generate business and they were $20 cheaper a quarter. A J Blosenski matched it and I thought that was good.

This company is a pleasure to do business with on an ongoing basis for my trash collection. The employees (while seldom seen because they collect so early) are courteous, efficient and thorough. On several occasions my dogs have been outside when they arrived and proceed to do their best to terrorize the collector, which he laughs off with good humor. I recommend them highly.

I paid for AJ Blosenski's waste removal services for three years while living in my apartment. When I moved, I ended my contract with this company and was told that my refund check for future pick up services that I had paid for but would not be receiving would come shortly. After a month of waiting I contacted them and told them that I had not received my refund. They said that it took some time and to be patient. Another month passed and I called again. This time I was told that there had been some confusion about my refund but that now it would be straightened out and that I should expect my payment to arrive in the mail. After another three weeks or so I still had not received my money and so had to call them again. I was told that the refund check had to pass through a line of people who needed to sign off on it. I explained that a few previous I had been told that it was coming, and that each time previously it hadn't. I was then told that the check would go out that day, and it did. My impression is that if I had not continued to call and demand my refund that I never would have received it.

Their charge is marginally lower than other trash collectors in the area, it seems. I have been using this company more than 20 years. In comparison to what my neighbors have told me about their garbage collectors, I would say that this company provides better service.
