+ -1 moreThey are excellent. I've had them for many years now. 2 years ago they put in a whole house humidifier and I never had any problems at all. They are very professional and friendly.

+ -1 moreThey have a membership that you prepay ahead of time. They guarantee that they will show up even during the holidays. We had weather in the high 90s when our AC broke down.They got here the very next day and got it replaced. They have workmen who are highly trained and are very professional. They advised what size that was best for me. I have come to rely on them and I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have used them for at least 10 years for heating and AC maintenance. Last year they replaced our air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThe technician did a thorough job and explained what he was doing as he worked. He was professional, friendly and efficient. We've used Motta on multiple occasions and we've always been satisfied. I would recommend this company to anybody needing heating or air conditioning work.

+ -1 moreThey do very quality work. They are highly responsive. They work with you to set up the time. They got the work done in one day and I had no issues. The workers were very good. They left the work area like it was when they were not there.
