He offered availability the next day, but it worked better for us two days after we initially talked to him. He communicated clearly and quickly and updated us on his arrival time. He communicated via text, which was exactly what we prefer. He was straight and to the point. He communicated to us that we didn't need the upgrade we were asking for, which was a pleasant surprise for us. He even tightened our grounding wire while he was at our home. We really enjoyed interacting with Paul and know we will call him in the future for other projects."
