I liked everything about them. They fit me in to their schedule. They were incredibly on time; they showed up exactly when they said they were going to. They were fast and efficient. The guys were really nice and incredibly careful with my stuff. They charged $640 for the moving service. In all my dealings subsequent to the move, they have been nothing but very courteous and responsive, so I love them. I would rate them highly, and I will use them again in the future.

The experience was very good with them. They were very professional. They were clean and organized and very friendly people.

The move went smoothly. The movers were able to get the sofa into the house and they were kind enough to charge for a 1/2 hour of time instead of the full hour rate, since it didn't take a full hour.

Movers came late and demanded coffee right away. Moved items with one hand while talking on cell phone. Packed some items incorrectly. For example, they put masking tape around rolls of wrapping paper. They ruined furniture by stacking one item on or through another ie. bar on bottom of dining room chair. They never followed through on repairs despite numerous calls. Fee reduced about 20% but this was not enough compensation as I continued to find damage on items for next yr. Owner was not receptive to the fact his team did extensive damage. My son, an attorney, was present for part of move and he could not believe it either.

I love this company. The guys who do the moving are fantastic - they're friendly, they joke around (I'm a laid back kind of person so this doesn't bother me at all ... and in fact, I prefer some fun interaction when you're doing hard work like moving out of a 3300SF home!). They were helpful & even offered to move our dryer out of the basement when it broke the day we were moving. We weren't even taking it with us! Yes, they broke the glass top of one small table. But they immediately came to me & told me about it and offered to have it replaced. They were patient as I tried to figure out how to arrange the new furniture. And I love that they disassemble furniture and then reassemble it on the flip side. In 1990 this company moved my parents' 7500SF home to another comparably sized home. It was August and scorching hot. All of the guys were fantastic, and none of them complained about the heat. But maybe it helped that we all, my parents included, jumped into the pool to cool off Sloane finished moving all the furniture! I will always use this company. I can't say enough about how wonderful and nice I think they are. And their price is reasonable (in my opinion) as well.

We had to change the move at the last minute due to contractor problems and they got everything right. The customer service on the phone prior to the move was outstanding, you could tell they knew exactly who you were and what job it was, there was a lot of attention to detail. Moving is so stressful and when the guys showed up on-time they were helpful and nice. They worked fast and hard. They took perfect care of our things. They stayed to make sure all of the extras were done, they set up the beds, made sure we didn't want anything else moved, etc. Our move was relatively small, yet they treated us and our belongings like gold. I can't say enough good things about them. They were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way.

They arrived quite late, with a way too big truck. It was a difficult move, and they hung in there until it was done. The movers were generally good natured, however, they didn't wrap the furniture in blankets as I have seen done by other movers. There was some damage to a large desk and some shelves.

It didn't go well. They apparently didn't pack the truck very tight and something shifted during the move damaging my bicycle to the point of where it wasn't worth repairing. I wrote them and explained what happened and asked them to reimburse me for the damages. I later called and they acknowledged receipt of the letter and refused to reimburse me anything. In addition, I had asked them before the move what their policy was if anything gets broken and they said they always work with people to resolve issues that come up. I think anybody who would hire such an irresponsible company to do work for them is crazy.
