+ -1 moreHe was willing to take on an unusual project that many contractors wouldn't touch and did a great job of carefully removing and organizing the wood so that it could be used again. He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Roger took on the difficult task of removing some hardwood decking and removing all of the screws so that we could reuse the wood.

+ 1 moreVery well. Work was done on schedule and the quality exceeded our expectations. Rogers focus on detail and workmanship showed in the finished work. The entrance to our house is now the source of pride for us. We received many compliments from our neighbors and family.
Description of Work: Removed front porch flooring, railing, and column and replaced with new to match original. Had to reinforce the framing. Also sanded and repainted existing porch roof and cornice.

+ 1 moreHe is prompt, detail-oriented but alert to the larger picture, thrifty, full of good ideas but able to listen and adjust to what the customer wants, provides estimates if needed but also able to wing it as I thought of things I needed. He will draw a picture to better communicate his ideas. He is now renovating an antique grain bin to work as a kitchen cabinet for me when I put my addition on my house, and I can't wait to see it when it's done! Also calls his business Roger Wolf Remodeling.
Description of Work: He has helped me so much in the past few months to make my new house livable! Some of the things he's done are: 1, design and build a cover for a part of my baseboard heating unit that lost its cover. It's aesthetically pleasing and sturdy. 2. install a bat house on the side of my house for the bats (he was quite sympathetic to this idea). 3. install real copper flashing to attach a shed to the stone wall of my house. 4. remove and add picture hooks in my 18" stone walls, not so easy, but he didn't mind this piddly detail work at all.
