Very well. The girls could not have been nicer and their work was very thorough. We were so pleased.

First cleaning was great. I got the full time promised. I was told cleanings would be 1hr 20 to 1 hr 50 min. If someone is packed up and ready to leave and be paid at 1hr 20 min you would think that every thing would be done.. nope- I have to walk around and point out things missed to them which they proceed to wipe with semi dry rag and use water to wet it because their cleaning supplies are packed up outside or being loaded into the car. Sometimes they’ve come late which isn’t the best because their arrival time is already a one hour range. I asked if I could be text when they are actually on their way but that’s not possible. I noticed when they cleaned my moms house the first time the cleaner cleaned under her sink.. they didn’t do that for mines. Cleaned inside her stove too.. again— they didn’t do that for mines. It’s def not the worst service but not the best. I asked the owner about my time being shorted.. “what if I decided to cut what I’m supposed to pay by 30$? —would that be acceptable?”. Haven’t gotten an answer yet. Why would any customer be ok being shorted time if everything is not done? And if they thought everything was done— ask me what else I might want you to do before packing up everything. Maybe there’s some detail cleaning I might want done. Some things require a scrub brush or mop and not just a rag. Maybe they could do a quick wipe inside my fridge, clean my windows, under my sink, inside my stove, the shelves in my bathroom?? I’m thinking now they overestimate the time so they can overestimate the price and then give you the short end of the time range after the first visit and after you submit the review. I was asked after the first cleanings to submit a review.. glad I waited. You are seeing in my review not just my initial reaction to the first cleaning which is a deeper cleaning and more money.. I’ve had them come since November. I’m guessing some other reviews are after that first/deep cleaning also when you have the best impression. I have casserole dishes on my kitchen cart, Waffle maker etc. At first I used to take everything off and leave it on the counter for them to wipe also. They said that wasn’t necessary and that they would do it because I think maybe I was in their way. Yesterday they were here And stuff on my cart wasn’t wiped until I took it off and at that point I was frustrated and didn’t bother taking off everything because once again.. why do I need to show them every time! And if I don’t show them it’s half done most times. If I still have 30 min, why wouldn’t every single casserole dish and everything else on that cart be wiped? The clean smell you get with the first cleaning.. doesn’t happen with the future cleanings either. Ohh almost forgot.. while I was inspecting their work up stairs, as I was going back downstairs I noticed how hot it was in my hallway. They had the front door and my glass door wide open.. heat index outside was 106. Mosquitoes and flies already try to follow us in the house. And here I had adjusted to temp to keep the house cooler while they worked. They did that 2 more times even after I closed my door the first time and the second time. Again—not the worse but not the best. Expect their best with that first cleaning.. after that you’ll see the difference in service and you will definitely not get the full time

I cannot be more pleased with the work performed and the attention to detail. Total pros as far as coordinating the job, having people on time and making the whole process simple. Cannot be happier.

We recently moved into a home whose previous owner didn’t clean the basement before they moved out. The ladies that came and cleaned it for us did an awesome job. They were really friendly, worked quickly, and did a much better job than I could’ve done by myself. Definitely worth what we paid and would for sure recommend.

Wow! I have a philosophy in life: Be as quick if not quicker with positive praise as you are with constructive feedback. Well I can not write this positive review any faster. MME cleaning I would recommend to anyone without any reservations. MME cleaning was contracted to perform a detailed deep cleaning of my home. They were scheduled to start at 0800 am. They arrived 15 minutes early. They worked effortlessly for almost 8 hours. I have lived in my home for over 10 years with a house cleaning service. My house never looked, smelled or felt as clean once the team from MME cleaning were done. I honestly provided the team each with a tip before they were even done because the service was impeccable. I will be utilizing MME cleaning for ongoing routine home care and maintenance. Thank you MME Cleaning!!!!!!

Pros: The cleaning is thorough and they are always punctual. They will do whatever job I need done. Cons: It can be hard to communicate because they do not speak English or Spanish.

The two laides who came were WONDERFUL ! The house is spotless and they cleaned in all the little spaces I didn't know were so messy. They went overtime and even cleaned the inside of the oven and fridge. I am impressed! I will definitely call again.

MME did an outstanding job on the deep clean. One of the best cleans we've had from a cleaning service. They did a good job on the details, like corners and hard to get spots that often get neglected during regular surface cleaning.

Wonderful. The main crew were three very nice ladies, who did everything. I estimate that everything took 4 hours. Near the end, the owner came in to inspect and also helped to clean a big bow window. Very impressed. The windows and house cleaning was to prepare the house to go on the market. If required when the house is sold, I would hire MME Cleaning again.

They were absolutely TERRIFIC. The team worked very hard, and accomplished more than we anticipated. I am definitely going to use this company team again!

I was about to list my house and needed a thorough whole house clean. MME responded to my request for estimate quickly. They scheduled the cleaning in 2 days. 2 persons came in early ~ 7 AM and finish the work at 5 pm. I was blown away by how clean everything was! Honestly it was way beyond my expectations, and much better than any of the cleaners I used before. They cleaned and cleared my basement! The refrigerator has never been so clean. The window is sparkling! I just stared at the house for minutes and enjoyed how clean it is. Thank you MME! I will hire them for my new house regular clean. If you want next level cleanness, hire MME. They are hardworking and professional. And they take pride in their work, which makes a difference.

Mauro and Marcio just finished and did a great job. Went very well. They were responsive, on-time, and all the glass is spotless now. They asked questions as needed and they put everything back neatly before they left. Very polite gentlemen! Would be happy to recommend them to my neighbors.
