Excellent work. Meticulous about the quality of the work and about cleaning up at the end of each day. Very easy going and patient when we needed to ask him to change the sequence of the work to accomodate our schedules. Always willing to listen to our concerns and answer questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Did a great job of working with our engineer, who was not an easy guy to work with.

We will keep him in mind if we do come across a project.

Came out the next morning after I called. The previous owner had cut into several floor joists in the basement during installation of 4" PVC 4"X4" posts under the sagging joists then doing the demolition of the wet set cement bathroom floor, Promised to return after the floor demolition to give a more accurate estimate for the structural repairs.

The contractor used approximately three workers per day. They did the work in a timely manner, and were helpful in notifying the building tenants and trash removal company. They also contacted the town officials to review the work and give approval to advance to the new stage. They also put a tarp on the new concrete to protect it from the elements. Al Fitzpatrick, point person, and the others were very congential and responsive to our requests. I would recommend this contractors to others and would use them again.s

It went very well. He did a great job. Everything was clean. They did everything they said they were going to do.

Mark Grimaldi responded promptly to my phone call and took time out in his very busy schedule to inspect the sagging floor on our second floor row home. He provided a rough estimate for the structural work and a bathroom remodel. Mark was very professional, extremely informative and projected the type of work ethic I was beginning to think didn't exist. I am certain Grimaldi would provide A+++ services. I would definitely use this provider.

Wonderful. Mark and his crew are very good with communicating before, during, and after the project. I'm very happy with the end result. Their price is on the upper end, but sometimes you just need to pay for quality.

We asked for an estimate - he gave one over the phone since we didn't own the house yet. Was helpful to get the budget number that we needed and saved himself a trip. Sounded more than willing to come out once we owned the home.

Fabulous, team of workers arrived each morning, worked without stopping and at end of day everything was cleared up, cleaned up and taken away as if they were never there. Unbelievable job. The first time I was not ripped off by contractors.

Mark Grimaldi initially looked at the job in July/August. It was complex as the rear wall of the structure was badly cracked and leaking. The garage was in generally in very bad condition He then scheduled the work into three phases. Phase 1. - renovation and rebuilding of the rear wall including extensive earth works and waterproofing. Phase 2 - reroofing to match the main house roof exactly along with the installation of matching gutters. Phase 3 - reframing the entrance and making ready and installing a new double door. The work was performed as promised and on time. Mark Grimaldi kept me informed in detail all along the way. His workmen are really pleasant, hard working and very professional. The garage now looks gorgeous and is full functional.

Mark is very knowledgeable and very articulate. He makes sure you completely understand his explanations. His team is very punctual and everything has been done incredibly well. They are a little expensive but everything is spot on.

After talking with them a few times, they were very friendly on the phone but never came out or called me back.

Everything went well, I had to call Mark Grimaldi many times for additional work, he was fast to respond and fast to get the job done correctly. He doesn't cut corners, in my opinion got the job done as if it was his own.

Mark and his team were great. We had an emergency structural issue in our house that was already being renovated by another contractor. Our new second floor bathroom was sagging and our stairwell header on the first floor was poorly done before we bought the house. Mark sensed our urgency and came the very next morning. He walked us through the options, and even gave us a trial of the work, saying if didn't like what they did, we could walk away. His crew came at 8 AM the following day (2 days from our call) and worked ALL DAY to fix the issue. No need for a trial - he fixed it immediately. It was like magic. Some of the grout work in our second floor bathroom cracked because of the jacking, but he had his grout guy come back and redo it after we let it settle for a couple of weeks ... free of charge! Mark is not only a professional, but a real like-able guy - You can tell he understands how to run a business, both on the operations and marketing side. I hope others have a similar experience, but if you have a chance to work with him, we highly recommend it.

Great. Gave me good advice also on the repair work I was seeking on front steps and patio brick work.

I was thinking that maybe he can use that as a before and after. I can't verify that. I thought that his quote was outrageous, but he said he would send me a written estimate in the mail. I have never received a written estimate or even a phone call. I feel as though that is bad business and I don't feel they deserve a good grade due to not having any follow up. Also, the price that was verbally given was terrible. My dining room has wallpaper on the bottom half and I only wanted the upper half painted.

He was very informative, and provided a lot of tips and information that went beyond the scope of the requested evaluation. We will be recommending him to a few of our neighbors who have mentioned projects that require an Engineer's input.

It was very good. I was very pleased with them! They showed up, did the job and it looks great! They showed up when they said they were going to show up.

Mark is a great guy all around. He was so kind to us, his response times amazed me. He knew I was panicking and came to my rescue! I wish we could have used them for the work, but we didn't allot enough money for the remodels. Very personable, easy to talk to, very straight forward. Very professional, yet made you feel that you were their only priority. Answered my calls while on other jobs, told me he'd call back because he was on a job, and he DID call back. We have dealt with a lot of contractors recently, and getting back to you is not one of their strong points, but Mark ALWAYS got back to us right away. He also never made us feel like we were wasting his time, even when he knew we probably couldn't move forward with his company due to our money constraints. However, their pricing is fairly "in line" or "competitive" with others. I know if we used them, the job would have been done well, in a timely fashion, and would have been a good experience because they use designers to help you pick out stuff. I had a difficult time choosing the right parts for our bathroom remodel and ended up not satisfied with a lot of the remodel. We used a cheap contractor who confused us and cut corners. I highly recommend Grimaldi...they are true professionals. They have every expert you need on staff.

They were fair and honest to price. They guy was really, really good. He came out to my house a few times. He did the work, came back and inspected it. He was a really good guy! He showed up when he said he was going to show up. His prices did not go over my budget. These guys were clean and courteous, and they did what they needed to do.

My garage was damaged on 10/30/12 by a tree blown down by a wind storm. My insurance company had it appraised for "X" amount of money. Mr. Grimaldi convinced the insurance co. to reassess the damage which resulted in the insurance co. sending me about $10,000 more. Mr. Grimaldi's employees were very professional & neat. They were concerned about keeping my neighbors satisfied with their conduct on the job. When they were finished with the job, there was no evidence that they were there except my garage was excellently repaired. I highly recommend that anyone needing anything constructed or repaired to use Grimaldi Contractors.

Ultimately, we decided to go with another company b/c they were 3K less.

He called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and answered all the questions I asked, inputting some information on his tablet. He even gave some good advice on what should be done. I didn't use his services because all I wanted at the time was an estimate of the overall cost for the work but I liked the way he presented himself and I would use him in the future.
