It went very well., This was my first big remodel. ( but small ) my kitchen is barely 100 sq ft. The plans they laid forth were well explained, detailed and the 3d rendering helped me feel confident in my choices,. They were patient with me with while I made my choices, and asked alot of questions. they worked around my schedule. got the job done quickly and on time despite my appliances delivery being delayed (the appliance folks mischeduled) even worked a holiday to finish up.My Kitchen looks beautiful, it is much more functional and I love it!

Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would use Ferrarini again, and would recommend them to others. The design process was smooth and the design proposals/options were amazing (3D Computer Generated Layouts). Matt is very forward thinking when it comes to reimagining a space and his ideas blew us away. The crew that worked on the project were from Ferrarini and were solely dedicated to our project during the duration of the project. We never had to deal with any replacements or different workers, which made us feel very comfortable. They cleaned up the workspace every day, and kept the other parts of the home clean during the work. While there were a few minor cosmetic issues following the job being completed, these were promptly addressed under our warranty (one year) with Ferrarini, which was much appreciated.

We are extremely happy with the results of our kitchen renovation and design. In addition, we strongly believe the value of our home has increased significantly based on the design and expertise of installation. The result was exactly what we had aniticipated.

They were extremely personal and professional through the whole process. They gutted our entire kitchen, and changed everything around. They moved the stove and the sink, and helped us pick out the design, color scheme and fixtures. They were very attentive to the details. They even took off steps that went up to a landing, closed it off, and matched the paint and the texture perfectly. We would very highly recommend Ferrarini!

I really enjoyed the entire process of getting my kitchen redone. Everyone was extremely nice and easy to work with. They helped me through every step and gave me an amazing kitchen that I love! Living in a condo, the hours were restricted but they worked with and through management easily. I had no complaints from anyone in my building (except to say how nice and polite they were) and a few have asked for their information to do their own work.

From the initial consultation to the final details completed on the punch list, this was an excellent experience because Ferrarini prides itself on high quality and excellent customer service. The entire team led by Donna and Matt, and including Jenine, Michael, Israel, Fabian, Jordan, and Joe really were outstanding. From start to finish the entire process took about eight months. After visiting our home, Matt came up with a custom design for our spaces that incorporated the style of our home as well as how we lived in our home. Donna and Jenine patiently and expertly helped us pick out the materials over a series of weekly meetings in the showroom. We relied on their opinions and we are really pleased with the beautiful outcome. Israel, Michael and the rest of the crew then brought the plan and design to life with careful and skilled craftsmanship. Was it a perfect process? No, but it was amazing that given all the many details, things went so well. Any unexpected occurrence was always smoothed over by their quick response and above and beyond customer service. With a project this big I don't think it could have been a perfect process. There were many personalized extra touches that made us feel like they really cared about their work and we weren't just another job. There were a few "exrta" things they added to the job that they did not charge us for but did because it added to the overall quality of the project and they wanted it to be just right. Their customer service and caring about quality sets them apart from others. It's been a few months since they have finished and we are so happy with the renovation and we are very much enjoying our new spaces. The work really has transformed our home and we wouldn't change a thing. We highly recommend them if you are considering a kitchen/bathroom remodel

From the first consultation to the big reveal of our remodeled kitchen, the Ferrarini experience was one of excellence. Throughout the process we knew we were in qualified hands and recieiving superior, white glove service. The design solutions Matt presented for to us were incredibly intelligent and made our small space sleek and maximally efficient. Choosing the materials with owner, Donna, was a highlight in the process. Her years of experience shown through. With her guidance we selected cabinetry, hardware, backsplash, and countertop that stayed true to the overall design of our home and our personal taste. Upon seeing the completed kitchen, we could not be more pleased with how every element beautifully tied together. We had expected the installation to be taxing, but the Ferrarini team made sure that our comfort was a top priority. They were prompt, tidy,and even came on weekends and holidays to ensure they stayed on schedule. With Ferrarini, you will recieve exemplary service. We only dealt with their small team, as all the behind the scene tasks, such as permits and subcontractors, were handled by them. They are truly a one stop shop that provides a level of pampering for clients. We received wine, gift cards to our favorite restaurants, and when the job was complete champagne for a proper celebration in our dream kitchen. The finished project is breathtaking and continues to impress all who come into our home.

We were looking for a kitchen and bath design person and came across a review of Ferrarini. I found a video of Donna talking about her company and she came across as very competent, knowledgeable and professional, which is exactly what we found her to be. We set up an appointment and met with Donna and Matt, the owners. While talking with them, you realize that this is their family business, which they take very seriously. Together they make a great pair, throwing around ideas but also listening and really trying to get a feel of just want you want for your remodel. We explained what we were looking for, a timetable and price. We set up another appointment to go over their plans. We were thrilled with their ideas and decided to hire them for the renovations. They came up with a creative way to add a pantry in our kitchen, where we never thought we could have one. They are a full service, design company with a large array of selections and picking out flooring, cabinetry, hardware and faucets is extremely easy and fun. Donna also accompanies you to the countertop fabricator, making this selection (we chose quartzite) also very easy. Before starting the project we met with Israel, the construction manager, and went over details of the renovation. He arrived a day ahead of demolition and covered everything with plastic sheeting and thoroughly covered the floors. He also installed plastic walls to keep out the debris, with large zippered passageways so we would have access to areas of the house that were not affected. We weren't there for a good part of the renovation, but we heard from neighbors about their arriving on time and staying late to complete the project on schedule. When we were there, they answered any questions we had and were very respectful of our house and to keeping the disruptions to a minimum. Donna, Matt, Israel, Fabian, Joe and the rest of the crew were always available for any questions we might have had. We could not be happier with both rooms. Both of these presented design challenges: the bathroom being very small and the kitchen having 2 doorways. Not only did we achieve a gorgeous kitchen, but one that is more serviceable, has more light and storage. The bathroom is beautiful and Donna and Matt were able to add a few inches to our shower, which was small. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We originally hired them to help us with a design for our kitchen remodel. At that time we decided that we wanted to hire them to do the remodel on our kitchen. It was then discovered that they were wanting to only allow us to order supplies through their vendors and that wasn't discussed before and it wasn't outlined in the construction agreement. We were given the option to back out of the remodel at that time and that is what we decided to do and now they are not willing to return our deposit.

The kitchen in the home we purchased this spring needed remodeling and we wanted to do the work before moving in. After interviewing three contractors, we decided with go with Ferrarini Kitchen and Bath and are so glad we did. We couldn?t be more pleased with their work and our new beautiful kitchen! We had a good idea of what we wanted for our kitchen but Matt and Donna brought new designs and design elements that we never would have thought of. They really listened to what we were looking for and presented us with ideas that were out of the box helping us achieve the transitional style we were hoping for. The support they provided for materials selection was also invaluable to us. It saved so much time and worry because we were confident in their expertise. Seeing the kitchen go from design to execution was an amazing transformation. Our kitchen remodel was not an easy project and involved removing a wall into the existing dining room. Their general contractor, Michael, took it in stride. Michael did phenomenal work and helped with a lot of onsite problem solving. They finished the project on time and on budget. Both factors were critical for us after having the expense of purchasing a new home and having a definitive timeline for moving. We love our new kitchen and everyone who has visited our new home has been so impressed with it as well. We can?t say enough good things about Ferrarini Kitchen and Bath and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

The service provided by Ferrarini Kitchen & Bath is phenomenal. They bend over backwards to make sure the customer is completely satisfied, and they fully stand behind their work. When we ran into a glitch with our kitchen project, the owner, Donna, came out that night to put our minds at ease and explain how the problem would be addressed. They have complete integrity and are skilled in the work they do, down to the smallest detail. During the design phase of the project, Donna had all the time and patience in the world for us, making us feel as though we were her only clients. The crew who worked in our home, led by Jordan, couldn't have been more professional in their work or demeanor. The final result is a kitchen that's great to work in and beautiful to boot! Highly recommend.

Just thinking about a renovation in our older home was stressful. My husband and I knew we wanted it done, but we were nervous about how much it would cost and how invasive it would be in our lives. We met with multiple companies before we selected the Ferrarinis. We selected them because we were impressed with their craftmanship and vision for previous spaces. Just after the first two meetings, my husband and I were so happy with our choice. Donna and Matt were so easy to talk to, they understood what we were looking for and they were honest and professional. The design experience was so great because they showed us two options. One option was what we asked for and the other was a design we hadn't even imagined in our space. We knew we wanted one wall down to open up our kitchen into the dining room, but they showed us what opening up another wall would do to the first floor and we were blown away by the transformation. In addition, they accommodated every request we had and adapted the design to make it even more amazing. It was a pretty awesome experience. What I also appreciated was Donna really knew what we were looking for in design. We reviewed Houzz images with her and she helped us select the most perfect granite counter top, cabinet colors/designs, hardware, back splash, paint and lighting. Mike did all the construction work in our house. They had to take down two walls, add supportive beams, level out our floors, reroute HVAC and plumbing as well as build us a new kitchen. He treated our house like his own and the craftmanship is incredible. He fabricated a column entryway to mirror another in our house and people can't tell it isn't part of the original house design. We also have a window seat that is spectacular. It adds more seating to the house and a wonderful place to relax. And they redid the wood floors to match what had already been in the house - it flows so nicely. We are in love with everything. We love all our choices and we love that we selected Ferrarini to work with us. We never thought a material item like this would bring us so much joy, but when we walk into our house and see everything, it makes us so happy. The functionality and flow is perfect. We can cook now with our kids around the island, we eat around the island, we can see into multiple areas of the first floor and are just thrilled with the outcome. We would recommend them to everyone who wants a beautifully designed kitchen without any stress. They are great people who do great work.

We were interested in doing a full kitchen remodel last year and wound up going with Ferrarini after reading reviews on Angies List and meeting with them at their showroom. Our remodel was extremely complicated and involved knocking down walls, rerouting plumbing, gas, and electrical, taking out doors and windows, along with all of the other work that goes along with a kitchen remodel. The team of Gene, Donna, Faruk, and Jordan were extremely helpful and responsive as we went through this stressful process of tearing apart our entire first floor living area and building it back up. Our contractor Faruk, was on the job everyday during the 8 weeks that this job took. The main designer, Gene would visit at least a few times a week and even met with us on many evenings and weekends during the process. With a job this size there are going to be unexpected issues that come up that need to be worked through and each time this happened there was never any additional charges. The price that they quoted us before we signed the contract never changed, just as they guarantee. When the job was finished we had a beautiful new kitchen, new hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor, a deck off of our dining area, and a much more open space that makes our house feel alot larger. The work was guaranteed for 2 years and 2 times so far I had to call them back for a minor issue and they happily sent someone out to take care of the problem. Overall this was a very good experience and everyone who comes to our home is amazed at how beautiful our remodel turned out.

We had a wonderful experience with our bathroom remodel. It was a small space that hadn't been touched since the 1970's and we needed it to work for 2 boys. Donna met with me and was able to work in my budget which was smaller than they usually do. The design was wonderful and my family loves the finished product. Israel was our main contractor and he was professional, very careful to keep the space clean as we had a new baby and did fabulous work. They see a project through from beginning to end so you aren't waiting to have small things done while they start another project. You don't have to go to a bunch of stores to pick out tiles, toilets, etc - they help with all of that which is perfect for a busy family. They are easy to reach and will work through any issue that might arise. The design is really beautiful, with a clean, modern look. I never would have been able to do that myself. I waited 1 1/2 years to find the right people for the job and I am so glad I did. It is so hard to find a good quality design to build team - no buyers remorse here!

Excellent work. Top notch. Isarel was very detailed, oversaw all the work, very friendly, was on time and showed up as scheduled. Donna the owner was great from start to finish. The design of the bathroom was immaculate. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable, with design, work and made sure all the work was completed up to their standards. The work came out beautifully it was beyond my expectations. I couldn't of picked a better company to remodel my bathroom. Special Thanks to Donna, Isarel and the entire remodeling team. The quality of the work will be remembered for years to come.

Very well for a very large job. One year later and still happy!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They are HONEST and PROFESSIONAL! If you want your bath or kitchen done right these are the people to go with. They know what they are doing and they help you find your way through a difficult process. I needed a bath that was pretty as well as handicap accessible. They transformed my bath into a beautiful space. You can't even tell it's for special needs. I've had it 17 months now and it looks and works as good as it did on day one! The workers were dedicated and hard working. Every day the guys came they worked non-stop. They only took 20 minutes for lunch. I couldn't even get them to take water breaks on those sweltering hot summer days! My job had a lot of tile so it was very labor intensive but they'd come early and leave late to get it done on time. Plus, their attention to detail was impeccable. I defy anyone to find a tile out of line in that bathroom! Another thing to mention is when I had trouble with shoddy materials that I ordered the lead contractor noticed and advised me to refuse delivery and send them back. I never would have thought to do that on my own. It was that kind of professionalism that made their services invaluable to me. I would use Ferrarini's again in a heartbeat. They know what they are doing and they are very good at it. So grateful I found them on Angie's list!

Donna and Beth held my hand through the entire process from start to finish. I was excited to work with two women that understood design, but also had the resources to fully handle the construction. I was pleasantly surprised too when both the women showed up during construction and got a bit dusty as they checked up on the work. The installers were reliable and true artisans. They were meticulous, very detail orientated and extremely pleasant. I would certainly recommend them.

I first reached out to Ferrarini Kitchen and Bath in early September of last year. Ferrarini was 1 of 4 different remodeling companies that my husband and I had contacted. From our first initial phone conversation with Donna (one of the owners), I honestly felt a connection different from that in which I had with all of our other experiences and meetings with all of the other remodeling companies. Donna came across as very sincere, and very welling to offer opinions and suggestions. She spoke to me in an enthused manner, I could tell that she truly passionate about her designs. After about 15 minutes into our initial conversation I honestly felt that this could very well be the company for us. We proceeded into the process and scheduled a sit down with Donna and Beth (lead designer) at there showroom. Prior to our meeting, Donna instructed us to take pictures of our kitchen and adjoined rooms in order for her to be to able to have a better understanding of our space. I had explained to Donna that one of biggest issues with our kitchen was that it was rather small and that previous contractors had told us that there was not much that we could do about it do to our walls being "load bearing walls". She told me not to worry and that there are always options(we loved this about her). During our initial consultation Donna was just as pleasant and enthused as before, and Beth was wonderful as well. They were really great at asking the right questions in order to gain an understanding of what our needs were. Donna and Beth were both full of ideas. At the end of the consultation Barry and I decided to pay the design fee in order for Beth and Donna to start putting together a design and estimate. We left very excited. The following week Beth and Jordan(Project Manager) showed up to our home to take measurements of our home. About a week later we were called back to the showroom in order to look over and give the approval for the design that Beth had put together. We were extremely pleased. Not only did the design include our requested island, and bay window, but the once restricting "load bearing walls" were gone. It was explained to us by Jordan(Project Manager) that while the walls were load bearing, they could be removed relatively easily and that as long as they were re-supported the structure of our home would be fine. Needless to say we were very excited to hear that and we approved our design. The following weekend we returned to the showroom in order to go over the proposal. At this meeting Jordan explained the entire construction process, as well as our construction cost. We felt that the construction proposal was very thorough, and the design was spectacular. But Barry and I needed a few days to think things through and a little time to digest the numbers. We really appreciated Donna and her team not being pushy and allowing us our needed time. In the days following Barry and I decided that we would like to proceed and I was very excited to call Donna and let her know that we decided to do the kitchen. After the signing Donna and her team didn't skip a beat. 4 days after signing we were called in for our first material selection. And just as before Donna and Beth were enthused and full of ideas. They really allowed us to go through a wide array of products and our related questions to those products. They were really great in helping Barry and I through our indecisiveness(self admitted). 2 more design selection meetings followed and we pushed toward our construction start date (10/21/13). During this time Ferrarini's construction team helped curb my anxiety by keeping me in the loop. On the morning of the 21st the construction team showed up on time, and Jordan took the time to go over our construction schedule once more. They protected entire kitchen and surrounding work area, and after that the demolition and construction process ensued. One word to describe Jordan and his guys is Professional. There is no way to make a process in which my husband, children, and I go 6 weeks without a kitchen painless. We understood tha inconveniences come with the territory of remodeling. But I will say they truly made the process as painless as possible. The guys were regularly on time and you could always tell that they were very diligent in the maintaining of there schedule. Everyone who entered our home was always very respectful and pleasant. The one thing we loved and appreciated more than anything else(especially Barry) was that we didn't find ourselves in a need to micro manage our construction. We always felt that the Ferrarini Kitchen & Bath team had everything under control. The end result is a beautiful kitchen. We recently hosted our families Christmas Eve dinner. And I sincerely enjoyed being ability to cater to our large family and the use of our kitchen as the center ground for the event. Everything about our kitchen is wonderful, and it is definitely everyone's new favorite room in the house. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to go with Ferrarini Kitchen & Bath. A+! The design consulting linkage to the contracted work was extremely helpful. The project manager and lead installer were in regular communication with me to ensure we were on same page. They designed a pullout table in our kitchen which is a great spacesaver for an otherwise small area. During master bath renovation they uncovered a concealed water damaged ceiling beam and sensitively handled all negotiations with Cheltenham township and the condo association to a happy conclusion. (The condo association was new to me, so not trampling on them was important). Except for the detour due to the ceiling beam, they came in at budget and on time, and I'm loving the quality of my condo surroundings/their attention to detail. Maybe I could've done this all through Home Depot but I truly believe this Gucci wisdom: "Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten."

Meeting with Donna was truly a breath of fresh air. After searching for quite sometime for a company that I truly felt comfortable with, I knew instantly that Ferrarini was the right company, a true team of knowledgeable and diverse individuals. From design to installation I felt like they had everything under control and well managed. The quality of work is amazing, we love our new bathroom. I plan to have Donna and the team do my kitchen next spring.

Thanks Donna & Beth for transforming my bathroom into a spa oasis!!! My husband and I love our bathroom and can't thank you enough. I'am so glad you convinced me to do his and her vanities, love having my own space. We really like having the rain shower in the ceiling along with the second wall shower head with massage spray. Everyone who has seen my bathroom said it looks like a high end spa. The heated floor is amazing, love to walk in to the bathroom feels so good on my feet. Jordan was very helpful always getting right back to us if we had any questions. The guys are top notch and very professional. We can't wait for your team to come back to do our kitchen. The process was very straight-forward. Donna gave me a design on paper so I could see how my deck would look. Jordan went over the construction side. I had a ton of questions about opening up my kitchen walls, city permits, and safety. City buildings fall down all the time, so I wanted to make sure they knew what they were doing. Thank God they did! Another issue was cost. I didn't want to get one price today, have them open my walls, and then get more bills tomorrow. They gave me an estimate for the entire job, for both the decking materials plus the labor. The price they gave me on day 1, was the price I ending up paying. I appreciated the fact that they were upfront with the cost. I paid Ferrarini for the entire deck. They handled everything from start to finish. It was really important to me that everything went smoothly. I didn't have access to my kitchen while they were working, which was a bit more difficult than I thought it was going to be. But Jordan keep me updated on the process. They finished everything on time and the communication was excellent. After the deck was done, they followed up with me to make sure that everything was okay. I have not had any issues at all. I was worried about the winter draft coming thru the deck's screen door seams, but no air gets through. They sealed it up tight. The cold air stays out and the warm air stays in. I love my deck. It definitely took my family barbecues to the next level. I can't wait to grill season comes back around. Thank you Ferrarini!

First and foremost I would like to say Thank you to Donna, Jordan and the entire team at Ferrarini Kitchen and Bath!!!! I would also like to say Thank you to Angie?s list cause without them I wouldn?t have found Ferrarini. Okay now for my review!!! Dealing with other contractors in the past I understand how much of headache renovations can be. With Ferrarini this was not the case. The process of renovating my kitchen and master bathroom was truly a wonderful experience. First, I sat with Donna at Ferrarini?s Beautiful Showroom in Elkins Park. When meeting with Donna she made me feel very comfortable and really took the time to understand what kind of design I desired. She helped with everything from wall colors, to cabinetry and granite selection. You maybe thinking well that?s to be expected but I was greatly surprised to the attention to detail Donna paid. Little things like cabinet pulls, light fixtures, and sink shapes. Donna truly utilized her keen eye for design and made all aspects of my kitchen blend as one. As for my master bathroom it was the same kind of experience ? FANTASTIC! Donna was truly amazing at helping me bring my vision to life. She has so much design foresight it ?s truly magical. Moving on the installation process, Jordan and the team aren?t just your days to day contractors these fine gentlemen are true professionals in every sense of the word. Jordan managed the site like no other. You hear stories about how contractors damage properties and leave work-sites looking like filth, with Jordan and the team that wasn?t the case I would come home from work and the site was clean and organized, no dust or clutter being left in other parts of the house. Aside from the cleanliness the actual craftsmanship of the installation work was amazing. Jordan and the team made sure the installation of my products and my new plumbing and electrical systems were all done by textbook method, there was no corner cutting of any kind. The beauty of it all is that my kitchen and bathroom were done ?on time? and ?on budget? there were no costly change orders or any unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Ferrarini Kitchen and Bath. Donna was fabulous to work with and did an amazing job making my kitchen & bath "MAGIZINE WORTHY!" Jordan was wonderful to work with as well. I just cannot say enough about my wonderful experience working with Ferrarini kitchen and Bath, they are TREMENDOUS-TREMENDOUS Kitchen and Bathroom Company. I have recommended Ferrarini Kitchen and Bath to several family members and friends who are considering creating their own dream kitchens and bathrooms!

Services were to not given in a timely manner as promised, there were not any 3-D renderings that were mentioned in the offering but the concept for the kitchen design seemed to be thrown together without much developement, about on par with a poor Home Depot sit down.
