STONER'S TREE SERVICE

The owner came out and provided a written estimate the day after I sent the request. The company did a wonderful job grinding the stumps below surface level and spreading the remaining mulch throughout the area. I couldn't be more happy for the great service they provided at a very reasonable rate.

Trimmed a very large tree and also a smaller tree. Crew had state-of-the-art equipment. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent clean up job. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of the job. Would highly recommend and use again.

Todd and his crew of seven skilled men arrived early and ready to work. This is the second time I used this service because of the professional work that they do. No one is standing around, they all work as a team and are experts at what they do. Hard working. They took down the trees, grinded the stumps and cleaned up every bit of debris and I mean EVERY BIT of it. They may be a little higher in price than the local "handy man" but in the end, worth every dollar.

It went exactly as promised.

Overall it was a good value compared to all other local companies. I paid $1000 for the work and the high end of the range was $1700 for the exact same work by a larger company.

Stoner's removed a dying tree that was over my home. They did it very carefully and professionally as to not drop it on my house. They also trimmed three other trees. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

I called Stoner's to ask about removing 2 trees in my yard. When I spoke to the woman in the office, I said that I'd like a few different options on trimming, complete removal or removal with a portion of the stump remaining. They came while I was out of town, after stating I didn't have to be present to have an estimate. I came home and found that the estimate said the price would depend on what I wanted done, even though the information I was requesting was clearly stated on the form he had given me. It was even highlighted what I wanted done. I called Stoner's back to see if someone could come out and give me an actual estimate and they never returned my call. At this point, I wouldn't let them remove my tree if the estimate was $1. Very, very, very bad customer service.

All debris was cleaned up and no damage to home, fence or pool was made. my front yard where they came in through was left without truck marks and dents in the ysrd. All of this they did on a rainy day and held that appointment date. I was very impressed, would recommend them, and will hire them again in the future for pine tree removal. Fair and easy to work with and listened to what I needed and budget I had. We had a number of downed branches from our other trees, and the day they were coming out we asked if for an additional fee could they clean that up as well when they were on site and they agreed to this new last minute job. What a difference to my yard! thrilled I hired them

They worked quickly and efficiently. They came at seven at night and worked with spotlights for very long hours. They had huge cranes, and everything was done very professionally. They cleaned up all the mess very well. I have also called them for estimates for other jobs at my house.

We like their efficiency very much. We would use them again in the future.

The tree work itself was well done, and the price was the best I found. Communication could be better. When they came for an estimate, they said they would use a truck in the front due to the electrical wires, but wouldn't have to drive a truck in the back yard. When I called to schedule, the person who answered the phone told me they would come in ~ 4 weeks. When I called to confirm this 4 weeks later, a different person who answered the phone said I wasn't on their list. When they finally came the first time the workers realized they would need a truck for the front, and said they would come back. When they came came back, they did the front tree fine, but drove a truck into the back yard over the flowerbeds (so now the frames need to be repaired). Next time I'd get the details in writing.

Their prices are the best I've found, which I discovered after having an estimate. The first time I had them work for me, they were right on time with the estimate meeting and got back to me quickly to schedule the work. Times since, I just asked them to do an estimate without my presence & leave it in the door. They always do, pretty promptly & then they often do the work without my presence also. It's terribly convenient & well-done!
