Joseph was extremely professional. We discussed the issue, he assessed the situation and completed the work all in the span of an hour. The price was fair. It was in line with my other quotes, but still came out at the brst value. Without bring pushy or using sales tactics, he discussed upgrades to the garage door system. Though, we are not in the market for that kind of service, yet, ProLift Garage Doors will head straight to the top of the list when that project comes up.

Joe from ProLift was wonderful. He was professional and very nice. He really put his heart into his work. I had bought 2 garage door openers from Home Depot. Joe came to install them. One of them worked well, the other unit was a bad unit. He did everything he could to get it to work. Even using his own wiring to troubleshoot. It was a bad unit. Joe offered to come back and reinstall another unit I bought. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend ProLift Garage Doors to anyone looking to install garage door openers. As a tip, just purchase the garage door openers from ProLift. Save yourself the headache with dealing with a possible bad unit.
