Jean's Way

They're actually trying to finish up the work. The only thing I disliked about them was that we had some patchwork that needed to be done in the bathroom and they couldn't seem to get it done nicely. Then I complained to one of the builders, Jonathan, that I wasn't happy with how it looked but nobody ever came over to check on it. They just had the painter here who also tried to fix it, but he just can't get it right either. I wasn't pleased so I thought to get Jonathan again. They did come to look at it and agreed it wasn't done right. They sent somebody else to work on it last week and he did it much better, but he was not happy with it himself. He's going to come back today to finish it off but he hasn't come yet. I don't know when they're going to come back. I wished they said they couldn't do it. It was probably hard to do because we had a plumber cut out the space to fix the shower. It's a pretty big area that was cut but they didn't seem to think it would be a problem so they just started tackling and made it a mess. They're still trying to resolve it. I'm still waiting for them to come back. If they don't show up anymore, I'd give them a D for overall, but if they come back and do a good job, I'll give them a B. Their punctuality was good in the beginning but now it's just trailing off.

We've used him several times and he is very good. His prices are good. He takes everything down to the bone. He takes all the fixtures off the walls and all the molding. Then he puts it all back. We are very impressed. He charges a couple of hundred dollars for bedrooms. He did the living and dining rooms last year and it was $500. He's very good. He does good work but he talks a lot. We will absolutely use him again.
