Description of Work: Purchased Spa while attending Home Show at Farm Show Building in Harrisburg. We settled on a Spa that they had in stock and it was delivered about a week and a half later. The installation was an easy removal of old spa and install of the new one. All went well. A couple days later we discovered a leak and a Tech came out the next business day and repaired a coupling that was not seated correctly. Spa has been working perfect and we are very happy with it. I went with this dealer because I wanted a Hot Springs Spa. |

Description of Work: I have only been to their Mechanicsburg Store and used them for pool supplies and to test my pool water and for chemicals. They are more expensive than Walmart for the chemicals, but their service is great and I am willing to pay a little for that. The people are top notch.

Description of Work: Crystal Pools Service Department opens and closes our pool. They are knowledgeable and thorough and have been very instructive along the way. We were new customers to them in 2013 and were treated very well even though they did not install our pool. The employees at their store on the Carlisle Pike have been very helpful too.

Description of Work: Our experience from start to finish has been fantastic- from communication to price to service - we would highly recommend them. Our hot tub tech fixed everything, ordered and installed our new cover, got us a filter, brought us new chemicals and even trained us on how to take care of it properly. Definitely call upon Crystal for all of your hot tub needs- we were not disappointed!
