Not well! I finally got my computer back with the power port repaired, but the keyboard was not replaced. This was after waiting for 1 month. The worst was the attitude of the person I dealt with. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me it was my fault it took so long because they had to wait for me to get back to them to go ahead with the repairs. Not true. After not hearing from them for two days, I actually contacted them and gave authorization to repair the power port and replace the keyboard. They never did call me. After just two days shy of an entire month, this "gentleman" called me to say I could pick up the computer the next day. I went to pick it up the next day at 4:45 p.m. My computer wasn't there. I was quite snidely told..."Well, the day isn't over yet". True, they weren't closing for two more hours but I had other commitments and couldn't wait. So someone from my office went to pick up the laptop the next afternoon. When I received it, I immediately noticed that the keyboard was not replaced, so I called and asked why. I was told that it was me who told them not to replace the keyboard until the power port was fixed. Absolutely not true. They had not even ordered the keyboard yet. Again, it was not so much what this Crown employee or perhaps owner said, as much as the cynical and rude way in which he said it. I finally said, this is the rudest customer service I've ever encountered. The response was, "and you lady, are a b****". I would NEVER use this company again for business or personal computers. They are incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.
Description of Work: The power port on my laptop was to be repaired and the keyboard replaced. I was told it may take up to two weeks.

They called my wife after having it for 3 days. They never figured out what the problem was, they just said that they needed to reload windows. She agreed to that because she didn’t know anything about computers. They backed up all of the files and reloaded Windows. The amount that they charged to do this was unbelievable. I could’ve reloaded Windows myself; I wanted them to tell me what the problem was. I just want warn people away from them.
Description of Work: I took my Toshiba laptop in to them because I was having difficulties using the internet. I wanted them to find the problem for me.
