+ -1 moreMr Brubakere is a very likable and honest individual. He was hard working and prompt. He was very thorough and did not waste time. He cleaned up after the job and even repaired something that wasn't part of the contract at no extra charge to me. He tested the central air system before leaving and instructed me on how to use the new thermostat. He also included a warranty on the product and the work. He has a good rating under the BBB and HomeAdvisor. I would recommend him over most contractors in the area.
Description of Work: He installed new central air. He also corrected an issue with my furnace that another company had rewired in backward.
