About us

Reichenbach Real Estate Investment Rehab LLC is a business derived from investment strategy. I have over 20 years of experience in real estate investing. Buy/Sell/Lease I currently have over 30 rental properties and have profitably flipped more than 20 houses. What I can't do myself I subcontract. (Roofs/HVAC/excavation) With this knowledge I help other investors and homeowners with small projects. I am not your "build an addition" to your home contractor. Although I will fully renovate rental houses. I am equipped for clean outs and junk removal, along with numerous other services. I work with my team of employees as well as my two sons.
