He did what he said he was going to do. He charged fairly, I think sometimes he needed a little more time than he thought he did. I was overall pleased with his work, I will use him again. Good person to deal with. Did quality work.

We will call them for an estimate for future projects.

Project: Powder room renovation, install hardwood floors in adjacent hallway, drywall in two other rooms. So happy with the way everything turned out. Powder room is my favorite in the house now, Looking forward to working with Jamie on the next project!

Very attentive to what I wanted. Made sure I was happy with the work daily. Cleaned up after their self daily. With all that being said they did do a very good job, but I am having a problem with the flooring they installed. Had a response one time, but it very hard to get someone to talk with. The problem still persists and is getting worse.

We hired JPK Contracting based on the review found on Home Advisor and were severely disappointed. They were hired to paint our living room, hallway, and upstairs loft and the work they did was bazaar!! They claim they covered everything but had gotten paint on all of the furniture, tv, banister, bricks, floors, hinges, window sills, cable wires, exercise equipment, ceiling fixtures, etc. They did not patch the nail holes in wall and had to come back several times to try to get it right - even circled the spots that needed repaired and then the pencil marks weren't covered! They ruined one wall entirely and there are still spots where patchwork is obvious. There are runs in the paint and I continue to find more places with imperfections. They cleaned their brushes and pans in my laundry tubs and there is now paint all over them and my washing machine. They dripped paint up my basement steps. I called Jamie and sent him pictures multiple times. He continued to send the same crew out to repair the work even when we told him we were very displeased with their performance. They were out a total of 5 times which not only inconvenienced us, but and as mentioned, we continue to find flaws, imperfections and paint splatters. We paid for a professional job and received a joke in return. Will never hire them again for any type of work.

The workers really did a great job. Very meticulous to detail. The install of the laminate flooring was top notch. I have had other contractors over the years do home improvement jobs and JPK contracting ranks right at the top. Highly recommended!

Very talented. Retextured my master bathroom and painted the bathroom and master bedroom; laid carpet and ceramic tile. In and out in three days. When I got home from work on Friday you would have never known that they were there. Everything cleaned and furniture moved back. I highly recommend JPK Contracting. Dependable, courteous, knowledgeable. The area was done professionally and once completed, the worksite was cleaned up. Attention was given to visual appearance as well as being level. We had a ceiling drywalled and a new kitchen door to the outside installed.

I was having a home inspection done and needed some painting done quickly. Jamie was very understanding and got the job done quickly, professionally, and did an excellent job.

Loved this guy. You would think they were working on his own home. Scraped filled in and repainted windows on 100 year old home. Pointed brick surrounding them. Met VA requirements. Smart professional, was timely, actually supervised his crew when he did not do work himself. Treated crew and us with courtesy and respect. It showed up in pride workers put into the job. Have already called him back for other skilled handyman projects.

They did a fantastic job .. they had to scrap and paint wrought iron railings, paint the porch and foundation. My home looks beautiful. Would use them again.

Extremely professional. Prompt timing and true to form of completion of the project. Cleaned up area after work was complete. Would highly recommend them and intend to hire them again!

Mark was excellent in all he did .Mark went that extra mile with painting and drywall. The bathroom work was sloppily done .I now have white flex hose sticking up from the floor that is unsightly and can't be covered. the plumbing was easy to get to The ceiling below the bathroom was fully opened for access. The wood based trim should have been replaced in playroom as it was badly chipped. A strip of wide white caulking was done in corner on dark brown trim. Jamie couldn't get a new register in so he put back the old one and didn't even screw it in .Daughter came by and replaced it with new register.Didn't clean up baseboards.Left shims sticking out from kitchen cabinets. Jamie was told that if anything needed done that was not in his bid, it would be covered, I paid quite a bit over his bid for things and the job was not done well, except for what Mark did. Don't get them for plumbing. Sloppy detail work.

JPK Contracting did a great job replacing drywall on a room ceiling.

JPK was awesome. I ran into a few extra things that needed be done while installing the tile and removing some of the old materials that were in the bathroom. Jamie and his crew were up for the task. They were extremely professional, kind, and respectful while on site. They also provided a lot of insight and ideas for some of my future projects. The quality of work was top notch and it got done in timely fashion. I honestly can't think of reason that I wouldn't hire this company for other projects.

JPK wags great. We needed to complete our project of leveling cement floor and installing laminate flooring ASAP. They were able to work us into their busy schedule quickly. Hard working group doing quality work.
