Mike came to my house on time. I showed him my problem area that I was having water coming into my basement. Mike looked around and dug a small hole which he then noticed that the down spout was not connected with the pipe under the ground. He gave me tips on how to fix the problem by just going to the hardware. He took pictures just in case I had further questions about the situation I could email him. It was a great experience for me and really appreciated the incite that he brought.

We contracted Mike at the height of of the season so we had to wait 2 months to have the work completed. However, we feel it was worth the wait. Mike and his crew were very professional and the job was completed on time. They were especially patient while I decided the placement of the trees. Clean up was completed and they planted grass seed where the equipment tore up the grass. Mike followed up to be sure we were happy with the job and provided instructions on how to care for the trees. Our hill looks great! We will be contracting Mike in the spring to landscape our front yard.

Isbir offered a drainage inspection for $80 on Angie's List. We have an old place, and know that our drain pipes all need some love. sbir came and inspected the job, recommended a drain video inspection service (third party, extra $300), and used that information to estimate the cost, and accomplish the repair. They were at my house before 8am, and finished by lunch with the repair in place and new asphalt. Leading up to that, they were communicative and professional. We anticipate using his team in the future as the need arises.

I contacted Mike during the busy time of the year so it took a couple weeks for him to come to the property to give an estimate. During this time, I consulted other providers and explained my drainage issue. When Mike arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided what I determined as the best solution to our problem. Mike and his team showed up on schedule and finished the job in a few hours, which would have taken me several days to do myself. His team cleaned up after the job and the landscaping looks really nice. The price was a little high compared to the others but we felt that you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Mike and his team for any project and sometimes its worth the extra money to make sure the job is done right and to our satisfaction the first time.

From the outset, Isbir Construction was very professional. Mike's staff got back to me very quickly and scheduled a time for Mike to come out and look over the job. Mike was prompt and professional and clearly understood the situation and what needed to be done. He returned a quote quickly. Mike takes great pains to ensure all the details of the job are agreed-upon and well-understood before the job begins. This leads to proper expectations. Those expectations were met because the job was completed quickly and exactly as outlined. In fact, my expectations were somewhat exceeded by how quickly and efficiently his crew worked. I don't think they are the least expensive, but their price is fair and appropriate for the level of quality and service you get.

I didn't use his services. The price was a little high, and I went elsewhere. Regardless, he was pleasant and obviously knew what he was doing.

Mike responded to my purchase promptly and scheduled his visit in a timely manner. He showed up on time and took the needed time to evaluate our issues. He was professional and friendly, and provided thoughts and ongoing assessment throughout the visit. He summarized his evaluation in a clear report and provided us with an estimate for the work to be done. We have not moved forward with this work because of the high cost of the needed tasks; however, if/when we move forward with the work we are just as likely to have Isbir do it since we trust that Mike would do a high quality job.

Job went great. Guys were here the day Mike Isbir said and were done with all work in a day. They cleaned up very well after themselves and were gone by the time I got home from work at 6 PM. Mike was not pushy at all with services during the initial inspection and actually impressed me by deriding the up selling that so many fly-by-night waterproofing companies do. The drain is working great, as promised, and has fully resolved our water entry issue. Most of the grass has come in fully after six weeks. There are a few bare spots, but I expect these to fill in as the years go by. Overall, I could not be more pleased. We were able to secure the 0% Financing for 12 Months through Dollar Bank (credit card) and will not have any interest to pay given our current pay schedule. Isbir Construction & Landscaping is a professional company with its focus in the right place. I look forward to contracting them again should the need arise.

Mike came out within a few days of getting in contact. He was very thorough in evaluating the drainage problems around my house that caused a damp basement. He suggested a re-grading of a hill sloping down towards my house that would push rainwater away from the property. This seemed like a logical solution where other "dry basement" companies will attempt to sell you a much more elaborate (and expensive) option. We scheduled Mike's team to do the work a few weeks later due to the cold weather and frozen ground. Once they arrived, the work was done within one day. The work was done in a professional manner and looks great. Mike put down mulch and left the yard looking better than when he started. It has been a few months and we have not had any water problems in our basement. I would recommend Mike to others and may use him again in the future. 7/15/2015 Update: After experiencing rain almost daily throughout June and July, much of it very heavy, I'm happy to say that we have not had any water, at all, come in our basement since our work was completed. Before this work, during similar rains, we would've had water pouring in our basement. We couldn't be happier with Isbir Constructions work!

He was very good. He had good ideas, I just couldn't afford it at the time so I didn't do anything. I think he's a little expensive but very good at what he does. He was on time and he bent over backwards for my business. He sent a diagram of my property by email. He came out on a Friday and was very prompt. If I had the money I would have used him more. The price for the big deal was worth it.
