Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is a professional company. We specialize in drainage systems, retaining walls, decorative concrete, paving stones, landscaping, and excavating. We are most interested in unique, difficult, or special jobs. Our educated and certified staff allows us to offer what we call turn key service where we handle all aspects of our projects from engineering to permitting, as well as complete restoration. Description of Work: New retaining wall, sidewalk, and front stoop. Excellent work. Workers were very friendly, responsive, hard workers, and cleaned the site at the end of each day. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Mike Isbir came to the house to do a "pre-season consultation" as I had purchased fromThe Big Deal. I had questions about drainage and a small retaining wall, and even though it was apparent I didn't have the finances to pay for large scale work at this time, Mike was very thorough and informative with advice for do-it-yourself solutions which will address my areas of concern. He gave his assessment about the structural integrity of existing walls and whether or not the drainage issues would have consequences for the house foundation. If any of these things had been in dire need of repairs, I certainly would have felt comfortable working with Isbir Construction for additional work.

We provide proposals and telephone consultations at no cost to any member that calls our office to request information. Due to volume of calls in the spring and early summer, the member may be asked to wait—but all calls are returned in a reasonable time. We recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a Big Deal to contact us prior to making a purchase to make sure that a Big Deal is the best fit for their needs.
