Description of Work: Isbir Construction is a class organization. Initial contact was for an drain evaluation for water drainage around the foundation of my home. Mike Isbir is a true professional. He went over the evaluation step by step and then offered a few options to choose from. Work crew showed up on time and were introduced to me by Mike. A walk through before the work was started and after completion, a subsequent walk through to go over everything. | |This company is a class organization. I will use them in the future and I highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: We purchased this deal, which was a consultation on drainage. At first, this company said that we were out of their geographical area and would not be able to send someone to our home. After several phone calls, they did agree to send a consultant out to give us advice regarding a water drainage problem. After evaluating our problem, they indicated that they don't really perform the type of work that we needed.

Description of Work: I paid for him to come out and provide me with a quote for my backyard patio. I told him my budget and not once did he tell me that I was completely out of line with it. He sent me a proposal for three times the cost of what I told him I had budgeted!! I cried!! He should have told me that my budget was out of lines not just want along with me. Terribly unprofessional of him and quite honestly was a waste of his time to write it up when I told him repeatedly what I budgeted for the project. It was a pity because he seemed very knowledgeable and made a great first impression.

Description of Work: Laid new downspout lines to front street, enlarged concrete patio, and installed a french drain. ISBIR also installed a stone pathway from the rear yard to the front driveway.

Description of Work: Isbir Construction removed an old brick walkway and wooden steps and replaced it with a new stamped concrete sidewalk and steps. They also regraded the yard to help alleviate a water problem. The work was completed in an extremely professional manner. The quality of work was exceptional. The level of customer service was admirable. An issue arose with water within a year after the work was completed. Isbir Construction returned without question to remedy the situation. I was even more impressed with the work completed. I would highly recommend Isbir Construction.

Description of Work: They paved a 110 foot driveway and a 30 foot apron the entire width of the house. The project entailed 94 cubic yards of concrete and 430 square feet of pavers.

Description of Work: We hired Isbir approximately 2 years ago to grade our yard and put in exposed aggregate sidewalks after a home addition. The home addition was a nightmare by another company so we were very cautious before hiring anyone else. Everything about working with this company was excellent. Mr. Isbir knew our previous issues with our contractor and went out of his way to make this a great experience. He returned all calls immediately, his workers were very nice and on time. The quality of work was good, we were able to review everything before it was completed. They formed the sidewalks and allowed us to review before sending the concrete. I may have changed some things if i have more time to review but everything was done they way we approved. My only dissapointment is that that concrete has cracked in 3 different places and there is one low spot that collects water. However that will happen with any company. Isbir's prices are higher than others but in my opinion it's worth it for professionalism you get. We had other estimates and Isbir's sales team and workers are on a different level than everyone else. If you want a company to show up and do a good job - this is it. Its a class act company!

Description of Work: Contacted about a small job approximately 120 sq ft of pavers after sending photos and waiting 2 weeks for a return call was told the job was to small and quoted the ridiculous price of 7,000 dollars. Wasted my time and insulted my intelligence. He should state in his add he doesn't do small (approximately 2,000) jobs instead of wasting people's time

They had returned my call and asked me to take pictures of my leaning cinder block wall....which I did and they scheduled a "conference call" to discuss the pictures and solutions.......then we decided it might be best if Mike came out to see the wall which he did on Monday 6/15 @ 1:30pm........and I just received his bids thru my e-mail this am.....So I have not decided if I will go with them yet or not......I only give them a "B" because the bid is the highest I have have received by far..... "
