Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is a professional company; we handle a high volume of telephone calls from clients and potential clients on a daily basis. We return calls in the order that they are received. When a potential client places a call to our office, the office manager takes their information. She tells the caller that the owner will personally return the call to discuss their project; she does not guarantee that a call will be returned at a specific time. This is particularly true during our peak season but our owner always makes an attempt to return calls within 24 hours. As part of the way we do business, the owner speaks to every potential client and handles his own scheduling of appointments at mutual convenience. In doing so, the customer is comfortable with Isbir Construction, and Isbir Construction gets a clear understanding of the potential project going forward. As to the events of June 27, all of which occurred on the same day, the gentleman called prior to the start of our 9:30 am office hours and left a message. The gentleman called again at 10:05 am and spoke to our office manager; she mentioned to him that she was just getting ready to call him back, as she was caught up with the Monday morning procedures. She told the caller that the owner goes directly to the jobsite each day until noon. He comes into the office and attempts to return as many telephone calls as possible before his late afternoon appointments. She thanked him for calling, and said that the owner would return the call as soon as possible, as is procedure. Prior to midnight of June 27 (the same day), the caller posted this report. The customer was not interested in talking on Tuesday (the next day) per a phone call to him from the company owner.
