Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is a professional company. We specialize in drainage systems, retaining walls, decorative concrete, paving stones, landscaping, and excavating. We are most interested in unique, difficult, or special jobs. Our educated and certified staff allows us to offer what we call turn key service where we handle all aspects of our projects from engineering to permitting, as well as complete restoration. Description of Work: I've given Mr. Isbir a B instead of an A because of the prices he quoted me after his inspection. As a result, I didn't use his company. He did provide a thorough inspection and provided what I felt was very good advice. He seemed like a very decent fellow.

Description of Work: I don't remember too much about it because it was a while ago but basically they came out and gave us some suggestions about drainage on the property. We did not implement anything - I think we were expecting more concrete suggestions rather than general.

Description of Work: the representative was on time, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He gave me some suggestions as to what I may want to do in the future, but assured me that my house was landscaped well enough so that draining was okay and the basement would stay dry. Response from Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp
Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is a professional company; we handle a high volume of telephone calls from clients and potential clients on a daily basis. We return calls in the order that they are received. When a potential client places a call to our office, the office manager takes their information. She tells the caller that the owner will personally return the call to discuss their project; she does not guarantee that a call will be returned at a specific time. This is particularly true during our peak season but our owner always makes an attempt to return calls within 24 hours. As part of the way we do business, the owner speaks to every potential client and handles his own scheduling of appointments at mutual convenience. In doing so, the customer is comfortable with Isbir Construction, and Isbir Construction gets a clear understanding of the potential project going forward. As to the events of June 27, all of which occurred on the same day, the gentleman called prior to the start of our 9:30 am office hours and left a message. The gentleman called again at 10:05 am and spoke to our office manager; she mentioned to him that she was just getting ready to call him back, as she was caught up with the Monday morning procedures. She told the caller that the owner goes directly to the jobsite each day until noon. He comes into the office and attempts to return as many telephone calls as possible before his late afternoon appointments. She thanked him for calling, and said that the owner would return the call as soon as possible, as is procedure. Prior to midnight of June 27 (the same day), the caller posted this report. The customer was not interested in talking on Tuesday (the next day) per a phone call to him from the company owner. We have wonderful reports and excellent reviews on Angie’s List because of our business practices. Please read some of our other reports for a better understanding of how our company does business.

Description of Work: Mike, owner of the company, offered for a flat fee, to walk around the property and give his verbal and written recommendations for improvements to the functions and appearances of the terrain and landscape. He is a talented man and he identified correctly the only couple of issues that I had prior determined since living here (1 year). Mike identified several other issues and options for us to consider for future enhancements to our property . We received fair value for our dollar. He and his skills make him a 'must see' man for any homeowner with potential concerns in these areas.
