Bo came highly recommend. I set appointment, Bo came to review job and quote price. No pencil no paper for notes no camera phone for pictures no tape measure (used mine) after mumbling about he said job would be pain in the a** and will call with quote Monday or Tuesday. Bo Bo never called I lost a week of productivity, you came highly recommended not professional enough to even call to turn down job . No stars here Bo

They responded to an emergency call of my main line drain being clogged. They showed up in a timely fashion, and did not overcharge me for the emergency service.

My father-in-law, Ed has been using Bo for years, he is always very responsive and professional. We called on a Saturday when we noticed a pipe was leaking. He responded promptly and came right over. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within an hour. We highly recommend his services.

My review isn’t for services rendered instead it’s for the lack there of. I have been calling this company for several days now, left multiple messages and have not gotten a response with the exception of the 1 time I spoke to Bo. Bo said he could come out on December 3rd between 8-10 am to check our water heater, that obviously didn’t happen. Since the one conversation we had, I’ve been unable to reach him or anyone else at this company. The water heater in my home was installed by this company this year (2020) and now we’re currently not getting any hot water. Thanks for nothing, it seems of no concern to you that my family has NO hot water even though it’s been freezing outside. At this point, even though it’s still within warranty, I’ll find another company to come out and see what’s going on with the water heater.

John tacked my emergency on to an already work-filled Sunday. I called in the afternoon and he was able to come after a couple of other jobs. He was fast, clearly experienced, professional, reasonably priced. I'd absolutely hire him again for any plumbing needs. The job involved a pinhole leak in copper piping in my garage that I wasn't able to successfully repair myself. What needed to be done was replace the connection from the well through a shut-off valve to the manifold of the house. So that's exactly what he did and he did it fast and did it right. No problems. He's got my business for sure.

They did a great job and are easy to work with. The service is reasonably priced and they are very professional. I will 100 percent use them for all my plumbing need moving forward!

He came on time and fixed everything we had called about. After he was done, I asked about the faucet in the bathtub which had very poor pressure. He came back the following day to replace the faucet and shower head. I would definitely use this company again. I'm not sure about the price as I did not compare.

Professional. Showed up when he said he would. Fast diagnosis, accurate. Obtained replacement parts [new heater and copper] and installed all within same day. Very clean in his work, didn't leave any mess behind. Explained whole situation and how to handle to my husband for future.

I called John's Plumbing with my and quot;emergencyand quot; at 3:00 pm on a Tuesday. Person answering phone said he was on another job, but she would have him call me as soon as he checked in. He called within 30 minutes, we discussed the problem, and he was in my driveway 30 minutes later. After digging up the septic tank cover and inspecting the tank, he thought the problem was that the and quot;floatand quot; had gone bad. But no worries, he carried that part on his truck. (great!) After closer inspection, he decided that I didn't need a new float after all (even better!), it was probably just getting stuck against the side of the tank. So, he re-positioned the float to the other side of the pump so this would not happen again. He put everything back together and all was working like a charm. Two hours from phone call to van pulling out of my driveway and he did not try to sell me any parts I didn't need. Fan-tas-tic! Thank you Beau. called john for estimate to put in dishwasher he gave me one of 300 to cut cabinet and install .Set the date for that Friday ,But Friday came and just about a half hour before his wife called and said he had and emergency job could i reschule i said ok so we set it for next saturday and again he called it off. But promised he come the next day. Since then i called no answer no call back i call some one else that being. I called a company called ECM home improvements he came gave and estimate for the same amount and came the next day and completed the job his number is 15706883431 if you want someone reliable . as for johns plumbing i would stay away from him if you want to get things done Rich K.

When Beu was here last month (see previous review well line), I asked him about issues with the bathroom downstairs and approximately how much to repair/replace. All I wanted for Christmas was a working shower/toilet. Yeah, Hubby finally got me something I wanted! LOL; it's the little things. Beu was on-time and went straight to work while I was upstairs doing school with the kids. He just popped his head up the stairs and said he was done; everything was working and good to go. Fantastic!

I called the morning we work up with no water, thought it was the pressure tank. Left message with his assistant and he called as soon as he was able and set up an appointment to come the following morning. that day i woke up and my driveway was a sheet of ice. i knew then it wasn't the pressure tank and Beau confirmed it. the line from the well to house needed to be replaced and with thanksgiving 2 days away, UGH you can imagine the panic i was in, no water and family expected to come up for the holiday. well he managed to get it all taken care of the next day! Showed up that morning with a backhoe and went straight to work, completed it all! i will not hesitate to use this company again. Proffessional, curtious and he didn't mind me peppering him with questions about what needs to be done with the rest of the house, giving advise and approximate cost, so i can start saving for my next plumbing adventure. happy thanksgiving everyone!

We had an emergency in our home a few days after Hurricane/Superstorm Sandy hit the area. Our upstairs toilet did not flush correctly. I called John's Plumbing (whom I had used previously for assistance with a sump pump). Beau responded within an hour to my voice message and asked exactly what the problem was. I explained that the toilet worked, but was not flushing normally and it appeared that something was stuck. I told him my husband had tried to clear it but we were unable to do so. He came within the hour and was able to snake through the problem. It was wonderful to see the responsiveness of Beau, knowing how busy he was with other clients during this stressful time. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have found him on Angie's List.

excellent service from start to finish came last week to estimate work performed following week due to my schedule everything was repaired or replace quick service, excellent people skills, excellent workmanship

He is reasonably priced and dependable. He is a great fellow. I have recommended him to other people and they have all gotten back to me and said "Thank you so much for the recommendation because he is great!" I wouldn't think of using anybody else.

He arrived to examine the job and give us an estimate. The day the work was scheduled he called to advise he was on his way. He came prepared with all the necessary materials and immediately got to work. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. He did an excellent job.

I called John's Plumbing Service after getting the name from my community newspaper. I received a call back within a half hour. Very Impressive! We set up an appointment for my leaky toilet. The day of the appointment, I received a call about 15 minutes prior to the time of the appointment. It was from the Plumber saying he was on his way. Again Very Impressive! He arrived and got right to work. When he arrived I told him I had a second issue with the water in my washer running very slow. He resolved both issues in less than an hour. He was very pleasant and professional. I thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely call them again.
