+ 0 moreThe initial estimate was very high and required negotiating with the contractor to get to a price that was affordable. The quality of the finished product is excellent. However, the date initially identified as the start date was delayed -- presumably because of weather. When the contractor finally arrived, they did complete the work in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: Roof replacement, gutter replacement, soffit and fascia replacement.
