Excellent. They finished replacing my garbage disposal in 20 minutes.

FABULOUS! It is an odd size b/c it's in a crawl space. They researched, found, traveled to get & installed it quickly at a very reasonable price!

Mr. Bintrim is very professional. He answered every question I had and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left.

I called Bintrim after my home warranty company was unable to find a vendor in my area. I reached their answering service initially, but one of their plumbers, Rick, was quick to call me back. He was professional and explained they were in the middle of a rather large, multi-day job so it would be a few days before the work could be done if I chose Bintrim. Rick was helpful in answering any questions I posed to him. Other services I had contacted around this time were less professional on the phone and couldn't be bothered to return my call in a timely fashion. So, despite the need to wait a few days for the work, I called Rick back and scheduled the service for the following week. I am pleased that I did. I had to work out of town that day and couldn't be onsite, but Rick kindly coordinated with my father to meet at my house. He arrived on time and completed the sewer line cleaning quickly. He had additional plumbers with him to help. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves well. Rick also had experience working with home warranty companies previously and was accommodating of the approval process that needed to be completed with a vendor "outside of network" so that I could get the work covered beyond the deductible. I'm very pleased with the work and everything has been working great since.

I called Bintrim's Plumbing and got his answering service/business and she told me she would message him and he called me right back! He was on his way to another job and told me if it went smoothly he would call me either way and maybe be able to be here today. He called me back after he was finished and said he would be at my house shortly! He came and he and his worker worked fast and neatly and got the job done! I was pleasantly surprised that he came today! I have had bad luck with others I have called years past and he will definitely be on my list to call when I need a Plumber again!!!!! A+++++++++

I sent an email asking for an estimate at about 10:oo am and after an hour decided to call instead. I called at about 11:00 am and got a very pleasant lady that took all my information, and a description of the problem. She told me she would relay the information to Mr. Bintrim who was on a job , and he would call me back as soon as possible being it was a small emergence with no water. Sure enough, Mr. Bintrim called within an hour and asked me to confirm my location and problem. He was about 25 mile away, and would try to finish the current job he was on and see if he could squeeze me in. Then about an hour later he called and said he had finished up his current job, and was loading up to come to my location to see if he could get me up and running. He arrived about 45 minutes later, and went right to work. We went down into the basemeent, Mr Bintrim checked out the problem, and started to work , while his assistant went to the truck to get all the parts needed for the repair. Mr Bintrim and his assistant had found and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. They were very professional, and even installed some insulation to help prevent the pipes from freezing in the future. I was impressed with both the service, and speed of the Bintrim Plumbing. They did not know me from Adam, but drove 25 miles to squeeze me in and repair my leak, and return water service. I would, and probably will, use them in the future.

The prices were reasonable. The guy came quickly and got the job done. If he missed a part, he tries to get the part really quickly. He did not charge us on giving an estimate and checking on everything. I would absolutely use this service again in the future.

Very Professional

The gentlemen that did the service was very good and did exactly what he was supposed to do. He was very clean during and after the job. The gentlemen was very professional and friendly as well.

I had a problem on Christmas Eve because my sump pump died and my basement was filling up with water, so I called Bintrim Plumbing & Heating and two men came out here within an hour, so I called them at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and they were here at 3 o’clock and they replaced my pump and were out of here within half an hour. I was totally grateful for that because my basement was filling up. The experience with them was very good and they were pretty fast. I would use them again in the future if needed.
