Aperture Appliance Service

He was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He came over the same day we contacted him, and replaced the lid sensor on the first visit!

It was very difficult to get him to come over (he is incredibly busy) but once he came, everything went fine.

I scheduled appointment online at Maytag.com and talked to Charlie soon after that. After initially giving me a couple of things to try on my own, he came onsite and the washing machine worked once again.

I was very impressed by the serviceman's experience and the speed of his work. He was very professional and polite and he didn't make any kind of a mess. He even had the shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt into the house. I was impressed that he used genuine Samsung parts with a one year warranty. This could change, but currently there is a discount offered if you fill in a service request at his website rather than just phoning him.

After contacting Maytag customer service, they scheduled an appointment with Aperture Appliance on 6/24/2016. While I was impressed with this quick date for service, Charlie called to say that he was currently in the area and could come right over. Within an hour of speaking to Maytag customer service, Charlie with Aperture Appliance was at our house! He quickly diagnosed the problem (a bolt that needed to be screwed in for proper motor function and had not been done at the Maytag factory) and fixed it as well as checking the machine over for any other issues. He talked us through the whole process, answered questions, and was very polite and professional. Although we did not have to pay for the service call due to the washer being under warranty, I will absolutely call Aperture Appliance Services for all our appliance needs in the future whether the appliance is under warranty or not. I am beyond please with Aperture Appliance's quick and courteous service, and highly recommend their services for anyone with appliance issues.

Everything went very well. He arrived on time. Took care of figuring out the problem and fixed it. I would definitely use this company again.

He was very punctual. I chose him because he had evening hours. He came, completely checked out the dryer and determined that a part had to be ordered. He came back the next day (and didn't charge me for another service call) repaired the dryer and it sounds like new.
