Description of Work: This company and the product were EXCELLENT! From the salesman Mark to Ted, the installer, we were so pleased. Everyone went above our expectations. Mark spent a great deal of time explaining the product and what to expect...much more time than any of the competitors. Even made a second trip back to our home to answer a few questions. A very professional company in all ways. Ted the installer was just great. So careful of our home not to make any dirt or disrupt it in any way. He spent much time explaining the workings of the system and did not leave till he felt we fully understood everything. They were also very punctual...right on time for every appointment and scheduled work. We are so happy we chose this company...excellent people...excellent equipment...couldn't be happier!
