I had a close friend to help with everything as I have a hearing problem. Cheryl was very good. She would explain everything. She and were always on time and pleasant.
Description of Work: 15 - 18 in water in basement. Took up carpet, cabinets, 10 storage cabinet, tv, exercise bkie, chairs, multi small items, took laundry. Used multi lg fans, dehumidifier.

+ -1 moreThe workers were quick, courteous, always on time, and always cleaned up after every day of work. They even helped us move stuff to our across street location so we could stay open. There was never a break in the action. When one job was done another crew would start on the next. Very good workers.
Description of Work: Had a major roof collapse. Most everything in store was destroyed. First General came in and completely clean and stripped Building and warehouse to studs and bare floors. They rebuilt complete store and warehouse in less than one year. They were months ahead of schedule.

Description of Work: I have used these folks for several projects ranging from a catastrophic accident (neighbor drove her car into and through my house) to window and door replacement. Extremely professional both in terms of customer service and quality of workmanship. Once on the jobsite they don't fool around. Quick and thorough job completion and customer satisfaction are two hallmarks of their service. Would definitely use again and am in the process of coordinating a small remodeling project with them.
