They are here every two weeks. Deep cleaning in the beginning and then bi weekly cleaning from then.

They always respond quickly when called. They try to be flexible if schedule changes are needed.

I began with this company several months ago. The first cleaning took 7-8 hours, but the worker took several breaks and frequently stopped to engage a member of my family or myself in conversation (usually to tell us what a good job she was doing). We have a moderately-sized home, and I thought the length of time was unreasonable. The second cleaning was completed by a new cleaner and trainer. This cleaning was much more thorough. The lady that was trained continued for several scheduled cleanings, but her work got worse over time. By the end of the time, she was doing very little cleaning, and only staying at my house for 2-3 hours, when my original estimate had been based on the cleanings taking 5-6 hours. Consequently, this lady did not remain with the company long. My next cleaning was completed by the manager, and she did a fabulous job. There was nothing left undone, and it looked and smelled like the house was clean. However, on the next visit, she brought a person to train. This person took over subsequent cleanings, and her work does not compare to the quality of work given by the manager. She leaves many things undone, even when given a list of reminders. She will change the sheets, but she doesn't bother to put the bedspreads on correclty or to tuck the sheets in neatly. The bottom line is that the prices are competitive compared to other companies in this area, but the quality of work is unpredictable. It would probably be beneficial for the owners to check the work of the cleaners on a regular basis to ensure the quality of work was consistent.

Overall very well, some spots were missed, but they seemed willing to take direction.
