Excellent service & price for an easy fix (my fault for not doing a thorough check). They did a great job answering maintenance questions and putting me at ease.

Where are you professional and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problems. The pump was burnt out which was obvious from the burn marks on the pump. They also diagnose the problem that caused the pump to burn to have been the presser tank bladder breaking. I ask about replacing some other items and was told it was not necessary. Presser switch was replaced at no additional cost because they did not want any problems later on. I would call them again and recommend them to anyone else

my well jet pump was cycling 4x or maybe 6x per hour, without water being used at all. I was convinced it was the buffer storage tank diaphragm leaking, I told him that on the phone and that it's 30-Gal, he told me straight up that job is $950. I spoke with him around 3pm yesterday, and he told me his guy would be here 9am today. His guy was here at 8:15am today, we discussed the problem, he tested a few things and looked around, and started to suspect it was in the well not the tank. He called for a 2nd tech to come and bring a few more parts and pulled the well pipe up (it's only 25' deep). There was a hole in the pipe and maybe(?) the check valve at the bottom was not in the best condition. They explained to me all along what they were doing, why they were doing it, what it would cost, and insisted that neither them nor their boss has any interest in replacing working equipment just to run up a bigger bill. They were polite, friendly, tolerated all my questions, worked in the pouring rain, tested everything including the buffer tank to be sure it was not the problem, only fixed what was really needed, charged me much less than the original estimated price, cleaned everything up when they were done, and were back on the road by 11:15am. I am thrilled with the treatment I received from Werner, and will call them again in the future in a heartbeat. great experience.

I hired Werwn & Sons to replace my Well pump 140 feet down. In an 8-foot cube cellar that is below the ground freeze line. Under the porch ceiling, Preventing a Crain from being brought in. As it turned out the pump had buried itself in the sandy bottom of the underground river that it was placed in. Wayne and his crew had to set up a come-along to pull the buried water pump out of its sandy resting place. all totaling 4.5 hours of labor from his 3 man crew. I highly Recommend Weren & sons, Their work ethics, concern for your property, AND the REASONABLE amount charged. I had called other well companies Just to do a quick out and in pump replacement and their base estimate was much hirer than what my final cost with Weren and sons.

I didn't have any water on a Sunday. My husband called them and they came out and fixed it. They are a very honest company. I would recommend them

Been waiting all day for another company to call back, after 2mins of subbmiting SR they called back with in 2mins. After 15mins they were at my home. In 10mins the individual was able to find the problem and fixed it on the spot. Nick and Scott were great!!!

These guys were wonderful, we had no water and they came out right away and diagnosed the problem. They explained everything they did step by step and showed us the issues with the parts. Contractor was on time (actually a bit early), performed proper diagnostics and found a short which was a less expensive than replacing a 10 year old submersible pump. Big difference in cost. I am well aware of other Well Drilling & Repair Companies particularly in the Brodheadsville area that are sharks and will rip you off. Glen was honest and his fee was reasonable. I would, and will refer Werner & Sons Well Drilling.
