Josh was wonderful. He explained the complete process and answered all our questions. He showed up on time and made sure we were satisfied with the job before leaving. I would recommend him to anyone interested in having their tile and grout cleaned. My floor now looks like it did when we had it installed 25 years ago.

Outstanding: Josh was everything one could want in a floor care professional. Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!

Josh did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. Got the high traffic areas out and the place looks like new again. Priced very well. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Josh called back right away and was pleasant on the phone. He came to the house at the time he said he would and removed our area rugs to clean at his facility. He then cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet in our home. He did a great job, was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We will absolutely call when the carpets need to be cleaned in the future.
