Josh Nye was a true professional. He responded promptly, worked with us to secure a date, and did a superior job cleaning our carpeting: wall to wall and 2 oriental area rugs. The carpets had had their share of parties, including ones with numerous children aged 1-9! We are happy with the work Josh did, and will hire him/The Master's Touch Floor Solutions again.

He was very understanding of my extreme cat allergy and how imperitive it was to have a complete abatement of cat dander and cat urine, from the relatively new carpets in our newly purchased home. He explained his process that assured the desired result. His customer service is above reproach and sets an industry standard that I wish was emulated by others! Great customer service! Called and left a message and received a call right back. Received text message updates on the status of the project the day of. The carpets looked great and the dog smell was removed. Very happy with the results!
