From the first phone call to the day of cleaning, Josh was completely professional and informative. We set up a date to clean 5 rooms that have never been professionally cleaned before. I had past and current pets that had/have multiple accidents on the carpets. The carpets were a mess even though I used a home carpet cleaner. The odor especially on damp days was literally driving me out of the house! Josh arrived promptly on our scheduled day, did a walk through and explained the steps he was going to take to get the carpets clean. I was and still am, truly amazed and impressed at how clean the carpets came out and how fresh my house smells now! I regret that I had not had contacted Josh years ago. If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Josh and The Master's Touch Floor Solutions.

They did an excellent job cleaning the tile and grout. Was not experienced enough to replace grout and redo the caulking.
