They did my rugs which were 10 yrs old and and looked it. When they were in done, they looked and felt like new. The products that were used had a low scent which I liked. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Josh cleaned the brick behind our wood stove that was very dirty from years of soot and smoke. He got it very clean. Josh was very perfessional and just an over all nice guy. We plan to use him again for other jobs and absolutely we would highly recommend him.

They did the best they could on the stair carpets and it looked great when they finished. They had no way of knowing that one of the stairs had stains that could not be removed, as it didn't show up until the next day after it was completely dry. Had they known, they might have used a stronger cleanser. They were pleasant and courteous and put heart and soul into it. I'd definitely ask them again.

From first talking on the phone to writing the check, I was very impressed with Josh. He explained on the phone everything he would do to solve my problem. When he came he explained again exactly what he was doing and then did it. No surprises. He was locked up in traffic construction and so was a bit late; but he had the courtesy to call and say he would be late. He was professional about everything and did a super job to get my carpet clean again. I would certainly call him for another job and highly recommend him to anyone needed his kind of service,
