+ 0 moreExcellent !! Josh showed up on time, was very personable and professional. He explained the whole process before starting the job. We just purchased the house and the carpets were extremely dirty in the high traffic areas. It's an older carpet that we cannot afford replace right away. After Josh was finished, it looked like a new carpet ! We are very pleased with his company, and I will be highly recommending him to friends and family ! He honored Angie's List coupon. For all the work he did and the time he spent cleaning I would have expected to pay way more. When he was finished, the carpets were dry and with no odor. We have a stone hallway entry, and Josh showed us pictures of how it should look, I didn't even realize it was dirty. In the very near future I plan on having him come back to restore and seal this area. He takes lots of before and after pictures, which makes you even more appreciative of the excellent job he has done. I highly recommend Master Touch Floor Solutions and it's owner Josh !
