I needed an estimate for replacing my Kitchen countertops with Granite. Based on the reviews, I messaged Henry with a question. He responded immediately, after which we exchanged a few phone calls. He offered to come to my place to give me an estimate and show me some samples. I was impressed by how friendly and professional he sounded on the phone. But my first impressions turned to disappointment. We scheduled an appointment , but due to the weather, it was cancelled..Actually I called him and asked him if he was going to be able to make it, and he said no.After that he offered to come on a weekday but didnt call me back. He mentioned the distance from Easton to Breinigsville being a factor and that he wouldnt be able to make it in the evenings, which was the only time my husband and I could meet him. Suddenly on a weekend, he left a message that he would be able to come on Sat afternoon. Well I called him back saying we could meet a couple hours later, as I was out. But he never returned my call. I wonder how he could complete the job since obviously distance was such an important factor for him! Also I think it is highly unprofessional to not return calls, especially since I told him that I needed an answer soon!

Henry was on time and very efficient. If I have a problem, he's very attentive and ready to get it fixed and cleaned up. I called several others, and he called me right back and gave me a realistic date of when he could finish and stuck to those dates.

Henry and his crew are kind and professional. They arrived when they said they would and they worked diligently, paying close attention to details. I'll never forget the day after I signed our contract - the guys arrived at 8am and by the end of the day, they gutted 2 full bathrooms! It was so encouraging to see this fast paced work. But to me, what stands out the most is the care that Henry (the owner of SureFix) shows to his clients. It was so important for me that my mom was satisfied with her new home remodeling project and I shared this with Henry. He took time to meet with her and really listen to her vision for our home. At the final walk through my mom expressed a bit of dissatisfaction (something minor, but important to her!) Henry had his guys come in the very next day and my mom was thrilled! Henry will not leave the premises until you are completely happy...and this I can testify to. I look forward to working with Henry and his crew again on our next project.

Once again, Henry was on top of the whole renovation. He is very detailed and organized. He answered any questions I had and gave me very good sound advice on my design concepts. I highly recommend his company to those who is looking for a well rounded company who exhibits many areas of expertise. I am looking forward to hiring him in the spring to do our deck and landscaping project. I have confidence that he will make the outside of my house as beautiful as the inside.

I would use Sure-Fix again in a heartbeat! I have used many other contractors over the past 20 years and Henry's team is one of the most professional I have ever experienced. They are skilled in specific areas and, therefore, you get a top notch job. Although there were a few challenges with the project, Henry made sure that all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Henry and his crews did an excellent job. Henry helped me to come up with a cost-effective design. It took them about five weeks to finish the job. I totally love it. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

I was moving from NY to PA and had a tight deadline to meet before the move in. Henry was great. He meet with us the same day we closed on the PA house to give us an estimate. Demolition started the following day and his crew was on top of everything. Crew was quick and professional. Henry made the whole experience completely stress free for me. The workmanship was very detailed. Once we sell the NY house we will begin phase 2 with Henry.

Henry was on time and provided a quote right away. Worked within our budget. His work crew was professional and kept us up to date each step of the project. They did a great job and cleaned up everything each day not to leave a mess behind. We have plans to use Henry and his team again for future projects.

Henry is fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. The basement is beautiful and so are the bathrooms - people compliment them every time and it's like a different house now. There were a few issues with some finish work and Henry immediately rectified them without complaint. I referred Henry to a friend for a kitchen remodel and he, too, was happy with Henry's work.

...............................................4I dropped the ball because I did not understand having the area cleared out. No problem because he assigned his crew to get it done. He did not allow my mistake to effect the project. Then once we were cleared out a thing of beauty commenced. People started moving with orchestra type precision to set tools in place as well as material stages for optimum efficiency. He stressed protective measures to keep my home unharmed. With all of this going on the framing started according to the planned specs and the next activity was being placed in queue. This pattern continued throughout the day as the project took shape. it was a thing of beauty. As the activity progressed Henry, or his project leader/manager would suggest or advise me on alternative and it was valuable information. The project went forward over the next two days as expected. Highlights included questions within the scope of the job such as placement of fixtures, if I wanted a door we didn't need and any area that there was an alternative. The third day was devoted to finishing the project according to my desires. All I can do is recount an excellent, flawless performance that was devoid of drama, errors and surprises. All i can say is that I now looking for other projects to do because I have the grest resource for implementation. Sure Fix Remodeling!

Henry said he would do the job in 9 business day's.he did it in 7 day's.henry and Toni came to the job every day to make sure the job was going well. Henry workers arrived at about 800 in the morning and stayed till about 5.00 . They were very clean and cleaned up every day . The job they did was excellent we are very pleased with the end result. We are very happy we chose sure-fix to remodel our master bathroom. We recommend sure- fix construction and we will use them again in the future

After several failed attempts with Angie's List contractors and non-Angie's List contractors, we settled on Henry and Sure-Fix Remodeling. He responded promptly to emails and we made an appointment for a free consultation. Immediately after the consultation he showed us the prices, etc and he was hired on the spot. I loved not having to wait for and estimate in the mail. As this was exterior work, I didn't have to be home while the crew was there. Work began on 9/2/14 promptly in the morning where the rotted flooring was removed along with the dilapidated columns that were split and had dropped through the flooring and onto my basement joists. By the time I arrived home from work on 9/2 the new mahogany boards were installed and the new cast columns were partially installed. I expected them to tarp the area and head home after 8 hours. To our utter surprise, they didn't. The guys (Jake and Steve) finished all the installation prior to leaving for the night. It was at least a 10 hour day for them. Henry arrived with other guys that evening to clean up all the debris and pick up half of the agreed upon payment. The next day another worker showed up to sand and paint the new columns, existing beams on my porch, and the railings that had been removed prior. They also put polyurethane on my mahogany flooring to protect it. While the weather was uncooperative and humid they were eventually able to install and touch up the railings and re-polyurethane the flooring. They gave use the unused mahogany boards, as well as the sawed off pieces so that we could burn them in a campfire if we wanted to. Upon completion Henry also told us the name of the paint they used and gave us what was remaining of the polyurethane. The project was completed on 9/11/14. He picked up the other half of his payment at that time. We look forward to hiring Henry and his company again for other multiple planned projects. We would also highly recommend him to friends and family. Many compliments have been bestowed upon the appearance of his completed work.

This job involved rebuilding a stairway to a landing and then another short stairway from that landing to the second story deck. The crew from Sure-Fix was very knowledgeable and competent in completing this project. It was important for them know what they were doing so this job could be completed in a reasonable time frame because this was a house entrance/exit. They very much did know what they were doing as evidenced by their choice of construction materials, good workmanship, and ability to do this job in two days. They tore down and hauled away the old stairway and poured concrete footers for the posts and a concrete landing pad for the base of the steps. They came ready to build the next day and had the stringers cut to size, ready to build a stairway that was compliant with building codes. They completed the job on the second day and the stairs were sturdy and looked great. I was very pleased because they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them for a wide variety of jobs inside and out.

The person that answered the telephone first asked me how I got his telephone number. I told him I found it on Angie's List. I described my project. He told me that I should find a handy man to do the job. This surprised me as the firm advertises handy man services. I thanked him for his guidance. After the phone conversation, I double checked the telephone number to be sure that I dialed the correct number. I did.

I've lived in 5 states and had to have work done with a contractor at all of my former residences . Henry's team ranks as the all-time best. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, gets the job done and it's done right. Every single person on his crew works hard. Having just moved here, I will use no other contractor, but Henry and his team. They were that good. The price was very reasonable, too. He did the work on the dates he said he would and would get the job done in the amount of time he said it would get done, if not sooner. If there is one thing I can say about Henry's team it's this: they set the bar high among contractors. They showed me how previous contractors have wasted a lot of my time and money by not working as hard and taking longer to do projects just so they could rack up hours and pad their wallets with the end result being poor in quality. You won't get that from Henry's team. These guys work hard and you won't be disappointed. Thank you to Henry and his team. You guys are terrific!

Our entire experience with Sure-Fix Remodeling and all phases of the project has been outstanding, starting with the initial contact/estimate through completion. All employee's (Henry, electrician, plumber, granite fabricators, tile installers) were professional, respectful and always cleaned up after themselves. We were pleasantly surprised that the entire job was completed in only 3 days, as estimated. The quality of the work was outstanding. Unexpected issues were resolved successfully and at a reasonable/fair extra cost. Henry's attention to detail/suggestions resulted in a beautiful tile backsplash. The granite fabricators attention to detail identified a slight scratch in the composite sink that was shipped to their work location, which enabled us to have a replacement sink sent. Henry did not hesitate to go 'above and beyond' by asking the tile installers to return to add a small piece of tile to cover a hard-to-see gap, which was outside of their original scope of work. Henry's customer service and ongoing communication is exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Sure-Fix and will definitely use them again for future work.

Henry and his crew were considerate and professional. They showed up on time each day and went right to work. Every crew member seemed to be knowledgeable about the various tasks that needed to be performed. The final results were great. The paint job is very clean and professional and four men finished a lot of rooms within about a day. Two came back the following day to wrap up some other minor repairs we requested. The Sherwin Williams paint they used low VOC, so I could hardly detect any smell. I'm eight months pregnant, so it's amazing that the paint didn't bother me. We would definitely recommend SureFix Remodeling to our friends. We plan to use them again soon for some other minor fixes we need to have done around the home.

We hired Henry last year to lay all new floors in our home and to build a total new kitchen. His price was on the average side. He promised my project to be completed by the first week in July and he kept his promise! All his workers were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We just hired Henry again to rebuild our master bathroom and to do some plumbing work on one of my rental properties. What a great company! I recommend Sure-Fix to all my friends and family

They were good. But their responsiveness was a bit less since it took a while to get an appointment. But in the end, they did good job, they came on time and they finished on time and that was not a problem. Once we got around meeting with them they were very professional. They also accommodated an extra area without any delay. Their price was good.

Henry Rouhana, owner of SURE-FIX Remodeling and his team were absolutely fantastic. I had never worked with a contractor before in my life. I recently purchased a solid home built in 1975 and wanted all work to be completed before I moved in. I was the sole decision maker for this project. I wanted to update my home in ways that were important to me and were within my budget. Replacing 14 interior doors, expanding an existing closet, building a new closet, installing crown molding and complete interior painting, full drywalling over a popcorn ceiling and outdated paneling, installing 18 recessed lights, miscellaneous other electrical jobs. On almost the last day, I decided to remove a half a wall in my kitchen! It was finished off beautifully. Henry made this seven week job a time of low anxiety and high trust instead of a nail biter. From day one, when Henry responded to my call and came out to the house on the very same day that another contractor had cancelled, and I was in a panic and annoyed--Henry said ?I can be there.? This is reflective of how he runs his business: high quality service, dependability and skill. During the walk through, I was listened to carefully and was provided with a very accurate idea of the overall end cost. I also kept a running spread sheet of my own costs which helped me to keep my budget in line. I was assured regarding a fully licensed and insured team, which is sometimes not the case when one hires someone who works ?on the side?. I didn?t want any part of that. The SURE-FIX team are all talented craftsmen. They worked in a professional manner and were also very mindful of cleaning up after each busy day. They were all friendly and respectful. I provided the timeframe and deadline for completion and it was met, even with some additional project pieces along the way. The key as the homeowner is to dialog, be available and stay engaged, and don't expect a contractor to read your mind--you need to work together and seek advice when you have a design idea. This was a pleasure in working with SURE-FIX. We had a continual exchange of ideas which helped to formulate the end result. I also picked out the fixtures and other decorative materials that I preferred, and sent photos--there were no surprises. I experienced Henry?s attention to detail and how he spoke to and consulted with his team members in a respectful yet directive manner, and it continued to raise my confidence that I had selected the best contractor in the area. I also experienced the excellent newest part of SURE-FIX enterprise: the launch of SURE-CLEAN: a new business Henry Rouhana is opening. I highly recommend SURE-CLEAN as well. At the close of my project, my home was cleaned immaculately?windows, floors, ceilings, special requests I had -- even my garden shed. There was no aspect of cleaning that was not possible. I didn't hear what I heard from other cleaning firms who were surprisingly narrow in their scope of clearning service. SURE-CLEAN did it all. I didn?t have to do a thing before I moved in. I asked if it could be done in one weeks time and he made it happen.
