Didn't know what to expect. It was performed. There were hunks of mud all over the lawn and a couple spots where the grass was a little torn up. But that may be normal. I've never had a lawn before.

I called and left a message to schedule service. Call was returned the next day and work was scheduled the following week. Two guys showed up on the scheduled day and performed the lawn aeration. The guys cleaned up afterwards and made sure no plugs were on the driveway, patios, or sidewalks.

They did what they were hired to do ontime and at the quoted price

He could only do the front yard because his equipment wouldn't fit through our backyard gate (we knew this), but only about half as many plugs were lifted in the lawn than should have been.

Two technicians arrived on schedule and thoroughly aerated the property. They explained the work they were doing. They operated their equipment carefully and did not speed through the yard. They were careful to avoid sprinkler heads located on the property.

Hired them to aerate my lawn. They gave me a fair price over the phone. Then showed up on time. Did the core aeration as promised, and left with me with an invoice. I had purchased a groupon and they had told me that I would owe some amount on top because my yard is fairly large. I was pleasantly surprised when they just handed me the invoice for the difference and left without insisting on the payment. I dropped the check in the mail the same day and would have paid them on the spot but it felt good to be trusted. I am thankful to the company & their staff and look forward to hiring them again, when needed.

They made a visit to my property and told me that I needed a $140 grub service (plus tax) as well as an additional 4,000 sf of slit seeding for an additional cost of $400 (plus tax). They also needed $50 to flag my lawn to locate sprinklers and cables. I agreed to this with the stipulation that they would be responsible for any damage to sprinklers, pipes, or cables that they had marked. They called me and said that this was too complicated for them and they would not be responsible for any damage that was done to my lawn. I had to cancel the service

We purchased a special from Sunlight Water & Us for aeration and seeding for $135. My regular lawn service would have cost $300. They came out about 1 week before agreed date to measure the property. They showed up on agreed date and performed the work agreed to. The seeds have sprouted and are starting to fill in the bare spots. I was completely satisfied with my experience from Sunlight Water & Us. Yes, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Initial consultation: Jason Motto from Sunlight came out to measure property the very next morning after purchase. He and I walked my entire property and Jason gave honest and realistic feedback (and compliment) on condition of lawn. He gave very competitive pricing options for additional services like over seeding and fertilizing that I have been considering to have performed by another provider. He indicated the dates I picked for service would be accommodated. Jason was very professional and personable and I look forward to having the service performed in the coming days.

This company goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done properly. They were able to get my grass growing in spots that were completely bare. Their mulch and bed clean up was superb. I also had them spray my property with mosquito deterrent and the product was amazing.

They were fine. I don't really have any pros or cons. They were the highest out of the any that I got the quote on. I wouldn't go back to them in the future because the quote was so high.

Exactly one year into using Sunlight, etc... my lawn has never looked better!

I have been using Sunlight Water and Us for a year now. They made a great deal of difference in the appearance of my lawn. No more weeds or crabgrass and a healthy looking lawn even with the little rain we have had this year. They are very courteous and professional. There is no contract. You pay for each visit after the work is done. I plan on continuing to use them to care for my lawn and would highly recommend them.

He has excellent service. Always pays attentions to my current concerns. His workers are courteous and knowledgeable.
