I live in half a twin. The trees were leaning on neighbors property. They were respectful of the neighbors property throughout the process. They were very courteous, fast, and clean. They were fantastic! I highly recommend them!

Andy responded immediately to my e-mail and had a very fair estimate for me that day. Even better was that he was able to come and do the job in 2 days. He did an awesome job! The stump removal was perfect and the clean-up was incredible given that he was working in tight quarters (other landscaping, landscaping lights, house windows). I would recommend Snowscapes any day!

Andy (and his people) were very professional from start to finish. He immediately replied to my initial email; he came out and did the estimate very quickly; and the work was scheduled within a week or two. The work was done efficiently and to my satisfaction with no problems. Andy and his crew clean up very well, not leaving a bunch of work for the customer. Andy responded almost instantly to an email (that included pictures of the affected area) and provided a ballpark estimate. Within 12 hours he had driven by the area and provided an exact quote, and a competitive one at that. I decided to go ahead with him, and he was able to schedule the work two business days later! He arrived early, got started, and by the time we had arranged for him to get started he was actually done! He did a very professional job removing the tree stumps, and left the ground level, reasonably packed, looking good. I was very happy with his work, turnaround time, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I called to get a price to take the tree down with in 24 hours Andy showed up and took a look he explained in the process for us . We agreed on a price and again with in 24 hours the tree was gone and the area cleaned up .

Excellent service! I had been using a different tree service for years, but their prices seemed high so I decided to try someone else. I called Andy and left a message, and he called right back. Came out the same day and gave me an estimate, which was half the price of the other company. He said he could do the job later that week (which was faster than the other guys), so that was another plus. The next day he called and said he had time to do it, arrived 15 minutes later, and had the stump ground out in no time. They did a good job of cleaning up the chips, and I used an Angie's List coupon to get a discount. What more could you ask for? I'm 100% satisfied and recommend Andy very highly. I'm sure I will use him again when I need tree service.

Andy Carr and his partner showed up on time this morning to prune back my arborvitae trees on the two sides of my garage. They did a wonderful job of not only pruning, but shaping the trees so that they still looked full and natural. They pruned about six feet from the ground, just a little above my six foot privacy fence. The arborvitae are a good twenty feet tall and were growing over my sidewalk, fence and onto my garage roof. They trimmed the trees perfectly, retaining my privacy, clearing them away from the fence and roof, and off the sidewalk. When they finished the pruning, they cleaned up all branches and debris. Andy asked for my input and made certain that I was a satisfied customer. Andy and his partner were professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'm completely satisfied with their work and would hire them again. They have my utmost recommendation.

They were very careful not to damage the porch railing or pool deck when they took the tree down. They did an excellent job. This is the second time we used SnowScapes and was not disappointed. Great communication, straight forward, no unwelcome surprises. Andy was recommended to me for some tall tree removal (he has a bucket truck for higher trees). He was out within 24 hours to provide an estimate...which was hundreds less than others. Called 5/26 to schedule the work - I heard the chain saws starting 8:30AM on 5/27. Impressive. When I arrived home at day's end, all trees were cut and waste removed, as agreed. His crew trimmed some additional branches at no additional cost to me. To boot, he offered me a discount in agreement to my writing a review (with NO promise that I would write something positive!). Could not ask for better service or cheaper price. This guy and his crew are A+

The responsiveness of Andy from SnowScapes returning my call was the first thing that caused this business to stand out from the others I had contacted for an estimate. He returned my call later the same day I left a message. While we were in no hurry to have this done, (our goal was by the end of the Summer) Andy was out to give us an estimate within 48 hours & the job was done is under a week from my original call. The crew was very meticulous about protecting the garage, and cleaning up after themselves. The privacy shrubs that had taken over the section of our yard they are in, are now neat, manageable, and no longer an eyesore. Andy also made us aware of other potential hazards with other trees that we had on our property. Everyone we spoke to was professional, kind, and it was obvious that customer service is a top priority at Snowscapes. We would recommend Snowscapes to family & friends, and plan to have them back for additional work on our property in the future.

Snowscapes did an outstanding job all around. We received one of the best prices around for tree removal. Snowscapes was able to start the job very quickly and completed the job within 2 days. They were very professional and cleaned everything up extremely well. Most importantly with the size of the trees we had in a small area there wasn't even 1 mark left on our paver patio. First of all, the price was outstanding. Removal included cutting up fallen trees; cutting down trees that were most likely to be a problem in the future. In addition all stumps were grounded down allowing for grass to be planted. The service also included topsoil where the stumps had been removed and leveling. Upon completion the ground was ready for seeding. I would recommend Snowscapes Tree Servce for all who are looking for top quality at a reasonable and satisfactory price. Professional workmanship performed by professional individuals. All work was performed by Snowscapes and not contracted out. All equipment necessary for my particular situation was owned and operated by Snowscapes employees and the owner, Mr, Andy Carr. I am one happy home owner. I was referred by word of mouth to Snowscapes. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the company. They called me back the same day, provided an estimate the next. They came out in 2 days to take care of the trees. The crew was professional and friendly. His equipment was impressive. I felt for the price I paid i received a great value. Snowscapes showed up in a timely manner. They were well organized and had a game plan on how to remove this very large tree. Each member of the team knew their job so there was no shouting or cursing. This tree removal was difficult due to the house and a shed and other yard decor being in the way. They were able to cut down the tree without hitting anything or causing property damage. They made it look easy. Being a hands on home owner I am always finding myself always helping contractors. But with Snowscapes I was so impressed with the work I was able to perform other household work as they were removing the tree. After thetree was removed, and the stump was ground down,They returned a few days later. To provide FREE top soil and grass seed. I was shocked that this was part of the service they provide. I used other companies in the past for the same service, BUT I was SO impressed with Snowscapes that they will be my first choice for tree services in the future.

Andy spent the time to assess the health of the trees we were considering removing and we ended up keeping one of the trees we were planning on taking down.
