Andy and the guys from snowscapes were terrific. They removed 5 trees for us without incident and cleaned up nicely. Definitely will use again and are always avaialble for an emergency.

Wonderful! Being that the tree I had trimmed should probably be removed at some point in the next few years, I would definitely call Snowscapes again!

Five workers arrived as scheduled, and they completed the work very quickly and efficiently, in about 3 or 3 1/2 hours. They were very pleasant to deal with and they did a great job. Now, my pruned oak and sycamore trees look much better, and I'm happy to have had the ugly and invasive Norway Maple cut down. They also did a great job cleaning up. I saved $100 with an Angie's List coupon.

I don't have the words to describe the professionalism, skill, and efficiency of the Snowscapes crew. It was estimated that there was 5,000 pounds of wood laying on my garage. The crew secured ropes to large pieces which were cut loose from the main trunk, then lifted by crane into an area were they could be further cut down and chipped or hauled away. The whole operation involved five lifts, but was completed in approximately two hours. Upon completion, they used a blower to remove the fine debris from the roof and cleaned up all the ground area. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future should the need arise.

Excellent job. Crew was friendly and professional. I've used them twice now, and the price is always very fair. Snowscapes shows up with very impressive equipment and gear. This is not just some guy with a rope and a chainsaw. I would recommend them to anyone, and will continue to use them in the future. I own a small business myself, and I use Snowscapes because I can tell the owner cares as much about his business as I do mine.

Excellent. Snowscapes was able to make time and remove two large trees on very short notice due to the emergency situation. They called and said they were on their way, and by the time I left work early and drove home, they had the trees down and were gone ( I work an hour away). They came the next morning and removed the roots and cleaned up. Snowscapes did a great job minimizing any damage to the yard despite it already being in bad shape from having the sewer line dig up and replaced. They made a very stressful and unexpected situation a little easier to handle.

If I could give this company and its owner/employess 100 stars I would without hesitation. The owner is a remarkable and knowledgeable genteman who is willing to help or work with anyone to achieve the same goal. The crews are professional and courteous and do wonderful work from start to finsh. They bring all the equipment to get the job compeleted in a timely proffessional manner. it was amazing to watch how the crane and saw man worked together to "dismember" the tree. didn't seem to be a wasted movement.

Andy and his team did a very nice job on our project. He responded promptly to my communications, visited my property, assisted with scoping the project, provided a reasonable proposal, and completed the project in a timely, professional manner. Andy also followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the work done.

We did some quote shopping and hands down, Andy at Snowscapes had the best price and most importantly, he brought a level of professionalism that was unmatched by anyone else. Andy and his team had those two trees within hours, it was amazing!!! The best part was that they came back to grade and seed our front yard - from start to finish it was an amazing experience working with Andy. My father-in-law, who is extremely picky and who also lives across the street is so very impressed with Andy and his team. If you are looking to have trees/stumps removed, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't hire Andy.

It went better than I could have imagined! Given the situation, SnowScapes had to access the stumps from a neighbors yard (with permission). They took great care to do zero damage to the neighbors yard (which I was extremely nervous about). We had 2 stumps in very close proximity to another neighbors new vinyl fence and to our new aluminum fencing. They removed these two stumps without a scratch on the fencing. The stumps were grinder down deep and thoroughly. Snowscapes also took great detail in grinding down the multiple roots extending from the stumps. All the mess from the grinding was meticulously cleaned (even from the mulch in my kid's play yard). Yard looks great, I can't believe how quick, responsive, and careful snowscapes was. Oh and the night before the work we had an issue come up; Andy (owner) personally came out and assessed the issue and helped us resolve it. The three bushes out front remove (with roots), no damage to our lawn or landscaping. Veteran friendly and it's a local family business. 3rd time I've used snowscapes; wouldn't trust anyone else.

Snowscapes put me in on their first available day (today, June 8). They arrived on time and by 3:00 pm the job was done. The property was absolutely gorgeous. All trees and brush gone, shredded. I am in shock at how incredible it all looks. I sincerely had no idea my location (a business) could ever look so beautiful. I cannot thank the incredible and talented professionals at Snowscapes enough. I take my business seriously, and so did they.

Andy, was awesome. He came out to give a price, and he was able to take care of the branch that fell on our house right away. I was worried about the weight from the tree leaning up against the living room and having broken glass everywhere. He got the tree taken down without any damage to the window or the house. A couple days later he showed up with a crew early one morning and took care of the 5 trees. They did a great job cleaning up the area and getting all of the big branches that were stuck in other trees. I would definitely hire him again if I need more work.

This is the 2nd time I've used SnowScapes for tree removal and I would not hire or recommend any other tree service. They were punctual and the entire crew was very nice and professional. The job was removing 13 pine trees that were 30 years old and in bad shape. Trees were all 40' or taller. The work was done in a residential area with limited access. SnowScapes used a crane to lift the trees out and was able to clear fences, houses, landscaping, etc. with no property damage. The crew did the job fast and thorough. They also did an incredible job cleaning up. You would never know 13 trees were taken out. I highly recommended SnowScapes. I find Andy and his crew to be honest and just a great local business.

Andy promptly responded to my call for an estimate, and scheduled the job. The crew was very neat and courteous and remained on schedule to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Could not ask for a more reasonable company and reputable to complete the job requested and I highly recommend them for any tree work you need done. I would call and get the estimate so you can be scheduled in for springtime before he books up. He is very good about getting back to you and following up as well.

I submitted a review a few days ago but it is not showing so I am writing a new one. Andy was the 1st one(out of 4 companies I contacted) to reply/stop by when our pear tree branch fell and damaged the fence. He took care of the 2 problem trees within 2 days so I don't have to worry for days. His crew was friendly and professional. The price is very reasonable. I love how he does business - prompt, easy and professional. For payment, Andy was the only guy who took our credit card right on his cell phone while all other contractors always talked their way out of it. He even sent a thank you letter afterwards. That was very warm and sweet. BTW Andy, when you come back to trim the plum tree in November, please cut the fire wood(from pear trees) shorter as some are way too long for us to handle. Thank you!!

Not very good they did not finish the job properly. They charged the same price for less work that they did. Also took longer than it should have cause it was always some excuse.

Snowscapes did a wonderful job and the owner Andy stayed in great communication with us from the time we called for a quote, until the job was complete. We just purchased the home at the end of May and never had to worry about tree removal in the past, so we contacted a couple of tree removal companies. Snowscapes was the most professional, reasonable, and responsive service we contacted. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and gave us not just a quote but some good information about the tree and our options as we were also debating whether or not to just trim the tree. As for the actual removal of the tree, first and foremost, the service was done AHEAD of schedule which made my wife and I very happy. First, we have a toddler and large branches were falling off almost every time there was a good gust of wind so we had safety concerns. Second, we have housewarming party, our daughter's birthday and the 4th of July coming up. To have it removed before we expected was such a wonderful bonus. The tree was very large, 80+ feet and about 30 to 35 years old. The tree was located in the center of our backyard, in very close proximity to a deck and the house. To make the situation a little more difficult, we have a fenced in backyard with somewhat narrow gates to get in. The Snowscapes crew came on time, were very professional, and mindful of our property and our neighbors property. Despite having a tight work area, the deck, fence, house, yard, and driveway were undamaged and exactly as i left them (minus the tree), zero property damage.The crew was also very friendly and respectful to my wife and I, and were also very friendly to the neighbors. They had the tree down, stump removed/grinded, and yard cleaned in one day, despite rain that disrupted a portion of the work day. The crew was still working when I got home from work and I got to watch them work and speak with them. They were very down to business, respectful and you could tell each person knew their job and equipment. Very pleased with the work, the price, and the professionalism of this company. One of the best experiences I have had hiring services as a homeowner. I have many other trees on my property and will definitely be using Snowscapes to trim or remove them.
