Excellent work. Took a bit of persistence until the we got together and the project was completed but it appears to be worth the wait. Nice guy. I would recommend him.

Mr. Schaffer is worth the wait. You may need to contact him a couple of times, but he always responds, and the quality of his work is unsurpassed. I would not think of using anyone else. He installed double railings at the front door of my parents' new home to help my mother enter the front door. They LOVE them. We will be calling him to help with the garage entrance as well. He is the only welder I would consider for the job. Quality work. Secure and strong railings.

called mr. shaffer about the job i needed done and spoke to him. he told me to give him my name, phone # and address. he told me he would look at the job that needed to be done. as of today i still have not heard or seen the man. i do not need this kind of service so i will not call again.

My mother had an old chair that was a favorite of hers. The chair rested on a metal pedestal and the chair separated from the pedestal. I did not think it could be fixed, but since it was her favorite I decided to give it a try. When I took the chair to Schaffer's he looked at it and immediately said how he would fix it. I was thrilled. When I picked up the chair I was even more thrilled by the price. He did excellent would. Now I'm looking for more things I want welded!!

I met Gary years ago and have hired him many times. Always pleasant and does the job correctly.

Although it took a bit long to have the work done, Gary performs quality work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.
