I called to request an appointment to obtain an estimate for yard cleanup and landscaping work I needed performed at my home. Owner called me back the following day, but was very arrogant on the phone wanting to know what specific work I wanted done over the phone. After I told him brief summary of work needed, he said he would have to get back to me when he could fit it in his schedule to meet me at property. I asked him if he would call me ahead of time or day he intended on showing up. Owner said he would call ahead of time so we could schedule. Owner came across as not interested in new customers and borderline obnoxious over the phone. Instead of calling back to schedule a time, Owner called me the following week on the same morning he wanted to come to my house. I accommodated him and met him at my home that same morning. Owner immediately asked me if steps were only way to access property and said he was not interested in carrying mulch onto my property or doing any work for my property. He was the most unprofessional landscaper I have come in contact with. I will never contact him again.

They're very honest and reputable, and just down to earth people. It's a family operated business. They also try to help me with other problems I have.
