I contacted Angi's in May, 2024. Then, I received a call from Precision Renovations. I told them this is a large job, asked if they have a licensed electrician, told yes. Asked if they had a crew, told yes. The job started as planned. There were delays in the work by the contractor taking other jobs. Work started approximately 06/21/24. The contractor left the job on 08/23/24. Contractor told me the morning of 08/23/24 that he was going to another job. They smoked cigarettes, and I told them I didn't want cigarette butts laying around. After they left, my wife and I spent 2 days cleaning up the mess of nails, garbage, and construction trash they left. As I became concerned, I went up on the second story roof and was shocked the roof was not properly shingled, many exposed nails on top of shingles, my basement was flooded because they left garbage in the gutter that clogged the downspouts. Toward the end it was getting almost impossible to communicate with the contractor as he would lie or not answer. He never checked the quality of work or followed up to confirm any issues.

Chris, I would like to thank you for the finished basement. You guys are hard working, personal and did such great job. We have future plans with the kitchen and interior renovations in the near future, we are looking forward to doing business again. I would highly recommend you and your crew.

It was an outstanding process and job! The basement is gorgeous. It has the best bathroom in the house now. He finished the basement for my in laws and created an open concept living area that is amazing. His craftsmanship and quality are second to none. His professionalism was the best and everyone that worked for and with him were A Plus. I have hired him for other jobs since than and will continue to use him whenever I can. I will and have told all my friends about him and everyone that visits my basement is blown area on how awesome it looks. Thanks Chris!!!!!!!! GVA
