+ -1 moreWe were shopping for a Hot Tub and stopped at several stores to get ideas as to pricing, availability, and types. Salesman said no tubs on display, not enough room - he then found a brochure for us (because I asked him for one) which proved to be 3 years old. We sure had the impression that he didn't have much interest in selling us a hot tub!

+ -1 moreAfter exhausting all avenues I could think of as a DIY'er, I had to swallow my pride and call a professional to help me with my pool troubles. They took the time to try and fix my problem over the phone to save me money but in the end my problem needed in person attention. They returned my call to schedule an appointment the next day as promised and they actually sent a tech out within minutes of my call. Tech showed up and was very professional and took the time to answer my questions. He found and repaired the problem I was having within minutes and didn't try and sell me parts I didn't need even though the repair could have called for those parts. I'd recommend this business to anyone with pool related issues.

+ 0 moreThis is a small family run business and the owner is always there. He was very helpful and straight forward. Although he does not install the pools himself, he does provide the name of an installer. I spoke with the installer on the phone and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ultimately, I did not go with the pool offered by Northampton Pool and Spa due to budget constraints but I would recommend him and his installer as someone that Angie's List members could be comfortable going to.
Description of Work: I went to get an estimate for a new above ground pool. He sells the pool and provided the name of an installer.
