Trees were taken down on day one and the stumps ground out on day 2. Very professional and efficient. They did a great job and we are very pleased with their work.

Called the company they came the next day. Walked around area and gave me a verbal estimate. I told them I would let them know.The next day they called me. I told them their price was way out of line based on two other estimates I had. They cut the price in half without any hesitation. Again I told them I'd get back to them.
Other two firms could not do work for about a month. I called Northeast back and asked them to stop by again. Next day (Tuesday) they were here. Explained the circumstances and the other prices I had. They said they could do it for the lower price (I offered to show them other estimates) and would be here Friday.
Friday came and went no one showed. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing and no phone call. I called them next two days and left messages. No response. A week later I receive a call; told them no need the other firm had a cancellation and could do the job in two days.
I can not comment on quality of work since the did none.
Reducing their original price by more than 50% is not good for credibility.
Poor communication is inexcusable...enough said.

The owner, Jason Grimmer, came and gave me an estimate for the work a few days before it was completed. He kept in touch as far as when they would be out. Great communication!
Two employees showed up on time and were very nice to work with. Very professional and careful not to damage any other shrubs or the lawn. They cleaned up after they were done. I could not be more pleased with their work.

Basically, stopped by and gave me a quote, I chose them, they performed the work in a timely manner and I was pleased with the work.

They were recommended to me by my neighbor and they did a good job. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They came in and did it in one day. We had no problems.

They were the lowest bid to remove many large trees that were next to a house I just purchased. The estimate from another company was a few thousand dollars higher. The trees were causing damage to the siding, roof, and septic system. Other trees on the property were diseased and dying. They were extremely professional in getting the job done faster than anticipated. They had the proper equipment and a very hardworking crew. The foreman carefully reviewed each tree's condition with me and advised me on the specific problems. He was very knowledgeable and together choices were made as to which ones could be saved. The entire area was cleaned by the end of the first day. They removed the stumps on the second day. It was raked and walkways swept. I am completely satisfied. It was well worth the price.

I can highly recommend them. We have a shed and they were recommended by the guy at the shed place. I'm totally happy with them. Actually he did mine and he did the neighbors across the street. They came when they said they would. Their price wasn't bad. They are going to come back next month or so to do a tree in the backyard. They gave a good estimate. They finished the work and they cleaned up. They were great and I enjoyed their services.
